The upper box in the customer menu conveys information related to the customer identity with some columns such as customer ID, first and last name, email, phone number, and address. The lower box in this menu delivers sales information made by the particular customer. There are some columns available to record the sales history such as product name, transaction date, quantity sold, cost per unit, total cost, and the available product left. When users record every purchase and fill the column, the total cost and available quantity column will automatically count on the amount of product left. It is all based on the first menu where users have record the product detail.

  • MS Access Reports

  • The last menu is the report page. As the name suggests the report menu shares a summary of all product inventory, supplier deliveries, and also sales history. Users can see the report for each category in separate pages because the report is divided into three parts which are sales report, order report, and product inventory report.
