Fake slow motion will never look good. When every action scene in your movie uses fake slow motion, your movie will never be good.
I came for the banter and action, and stayed for the semi convoluted plot which was still pretty good anyway!
This feels like the pilot of a jokey buddy-cop tv series with lots of sloooo-mooo to make it feel like important action is going on. The plot is ridiculous but there are some decent explosions and hilariously bad dialogue and acting.
Not as good as the directors previous work but it quite good. 6.78/10

This Canadian mismatched buddy government agents actioner from director Jon Hess(EXCESSIVE FORCE,WATCHERS,THE LAWLESS LAND) has a CIA agent(Wolf Larson[SHAKEDOWN{2002},HARD TICKET TO HAWAII,PICASSO TRIGGER]) who reluctantly is teamed up with an unothrodox DEA agent([British actor]Greg Ellis[TITANIC{1997},PIRATES OIF THE CARIBBEAN:ON STRANGER TIDES]) who doesn't play by any roles as they set up to take on a group of terrorists and their leader(Joanna Pacula[GORKY PARK,MARKED FOR DEATH]) who have strong connections to both Chinese criminals and corrupt CIA agents that have plans to unleash a dangerous virus at the same time have the President of the United States assassinated at a public appearance.

I did dishes and made dinner while this played in the background. I don't think I missed anything. The action is sped up and blurred. The humor is non existent. It's a couple bickering guys who are supposed to be great at stopping terrorists but it's just scene after scene of them entering rooms and getting into unexciting shootouts.
