Well I smoked off my balcony and by the pool, just asked the staff for an ashtray, but you where meant to smoke by the beach or the bar next to the pool but they was enough people smoking on the beds by the pool, just not allowed to smoke inside anywhere, I hope that’s helped you, fabulous place and was treated like royalty, worth going

So since the answers are all over the place ... wouldn't it be nice if the MANAGEMENT actually spelled out their policy so everyone can understand it ? "Perhaps" even list it on their website ... so that everyone can understand it ?

This is an all non-smoking resort. This info is not published anywhere. You can smoke in a designated area outside the front of the main lobby and on the beach. No smoking anywhere else, including pool or balcony areas. You can tip outdoor bartenders to allow you to smoke, but you better not get caught by the enforcers. No ashtrays anywhere, but some employees can make an ashtray appear for you. Don't go to this resort if you smoke - they will make you very uncomfortable.

Hey, visited end november. No smoking in room, fine 250$. 2 smoking areas, One in front of hotel and One at pool area, beach is possible for smoking. At the Bar I had had ability to smoke cigars (I loved the service and people so dont know if this is policy or they just let me, but they offered an ashtray after I asked if I was allowed to smoke). I stayed at two different rooms as I upgraded and first one, deluxe room, I smoked on balcony and cleaning lady pretended she didn’t know. Then moved to serenity with private pool and I smoked cigars and cigarettes at terrace and even received an ashtray, have to mention I always tip good for cleaning lady’s as I always think there work is under appreciated.

There is Sooooooooooo many resorts were you can smoke everywhere. Can we, non-smokers have one, just one resort that we can be smoke free? Just one on the thousands of resorts that smokers can go to!!!! This is supposed to be one, the only non smoking resort. Just make it a non-smoking policy and that's it! Thank you.

Hi, we are smokers yes, so as others have said just tip someone, they will give you ashtrays. We had a swim out pool and just asked for ashtray noprob. Around the pools though the managers give you a hard time and it usually doesn’t look good for your waitress they get in trouble. I think if they were smart there wouldn’t b a non smoking policy, its still a new resort so those bugs need to b worked out.
