Eastwood High School Reviews
Rating 4.14 out of 5 502 reviews
Overall, the experience at Eastwood High School is a positive one, with there being so many people that you can find your group extremely easily, and all the teachers truly care about you. The community there also prides itself on school spirit, with filled student sections and celebrating both teachers and students for their accomplishments. However, the worst part is the parking situation; the parking lot is way too small and crowded, making leaving the school a nightmare, and once the parking lot is filled, you have to park across the street at a church. However, that's about the worst part, everything else is great.
After being at Eastwood for almost around three years, there's many ups and downs I've had at this school.
When I first started as a freshmen I had put many STEM classes on my schedule not knowing I was getting myself into. What I didn't know was that these classes were going to help me pick a major and career path that truly interested me.After learning about many different types of engineers I ended up enjoying coding the most. Our teachers constant up beat attitude and constant support helped like that field even more.Because of that class I have continued to enroll in coding classes and could potentially help me in the future and am extremely grateful to have been pit in that class and it really changed the way I viewed engineering.
Starting this school year we had been told that certain rules were going to get even stricter.Thing not much would change the thing I didn't like about administration was the way they made rules that wouldn't end up making sense.

Eastwood High School is definitely El Paso's finest school. The administration is always on top of the students and the teachers are awesome people. The school has many pathways and programs to offer such as Law enforcement, STEM, Medical, Computer Science and so much more. They even offer the opportunity to attend the Riverside programs to get certifications for jobs after students graduate. The school offers Dual enrollment at El Paso Community College with amazing instructors. I really have nothing negative to say about the school. Athletics and Arts are always awesome at the school as well.
