Access your information on the Test Taker Portal
You can use the Test Taker Portal to manage your booking and access all information regarding your IELTS test, such as:
- your test date
- your venue for the Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections (available five days before the test)
- transfer your Speaking test date if you are taking IELTS on a computer
- details of how to download and install the IELTS Exam software and test day access code if you take IELTS Online
- your payment information
- your contact information
- your results
- access to IELTS Ready Premium, an online platform with resources to help you prepare for the test
- an application form for additional TRFs
- an application form for an Enquiry on Results (IELTS Life Skills excluded)
- the cancellation and refund request form
- contact information for the British Council.
View your IELTS scores
To view your results, simply use your email address and password.
