Two employees of Stifel Financial in London have left the company following an internal investigation into inappropriate relationships they allegedly had with an office cleaner.
The company conducted the probe after allegations surfaced several months ago of relationships involving a member of the external cleaning contractor, a spokesman for the St. Louis securities firm said.
“We investigated and have taken appropriate action. Both individuals are no longer with the firm,” he added without providing details.
