Celebrating A Birthday Last Night Eddie Merlot made my son’s first ever experience to a fine dining establishment a memorable experience from the interaction with the host,the top experience from our waiter it was awesome all around not to mention the food phenomenal definitely made me dad of the year but it was so great thank you making it a special day

Hostess was very accommodating. Noise level from guitar music in bar area prevents having any conversation. Asked for table in back of restaurant so as to avoid the blasts of cold air from front door, no such luck. Due to a few large parties, it took 1:45 minutes for entrees to arrive. All entrees were delicious . Our server was very apologetic as was management about the delay. Because this is a good standby restaurant we will be going back again.

The waitress was too kind sometimes annoying but fine. The soups arrived fast but the beef took some time. Beef was good however I ordered fries and they did not come until I told someone because the waitress did not check on us. Waitress came after my complain and ask to cancel them. He finally brought the fries but when I have finished my beef. For the price we paid we expect better service. Food was good but I will not return.

I made a reservation mid-day Saturday and had a great dinner at E.M. in the lounge. My server Ryan N. had informed me of the creative cocktails I was deciding between and helped differ what wines go with various entrées. The Lounge is more laid back and comfortable, nice ambiance.

Splitting the grilled romaine as a starter is out normal routine. For an entree, I deviated a bit and ordered the blackened salmon with the “del mar” topping (this is not a combo on their menu). It was excellent. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Their martinis were excellent as usual.

We went to the lounge with our kids for the bar bites menu. The server seemed annoyed that was all we were getting. We still spent $100 and tipped her appropriately. The food was excellent. Don't advertise $8 bar bites menu all day Sun if you don't want people to come for that.

Like normal the food was great. We both did the chefs favorite and it’s a great deal for a great meal. Our service was top notch. Our waiter Kyle was amazing. He was always there checking on us and filling our water glasses.

First time there and the last time. The lounge was nice with back ground music. The dinner was horrible. The waiter Ryan was very nice and did a good job. But the food was horrible. My daughter and I had the short ribs special. It was cold when it arrived and dry. We left over half of the plate there. My husband had a ribeye and he left half of his steak there also. Said it was tuff. We didn't say anything to Ryan just be cuz.

Hello, my wife and I had a wonderful time last for dinner. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and the food was delicious. The server was outstanding and was very helpful!! I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a unique experience with smiles that go along way!!

Steaks were not prepared correctly. We were switching filet medallions off plates and sent one plate back. Servers didn’t know who ordered what. Prices were too high for a low level experience and just OK food.

Adult dinner for two; husband and wife celebrating our wedding anniversary. We came here for the steaks, and they absolutely did not disappoint. 8oz filet (med-rare) for the Mr. and 4oz Petit Filet (medium) with crab topping and side shrimp for the Mrs. Both steaks were very tender and cooked to perfection. Great job! The side plate of asparagus was ever-so-very-slightly overcooked, but still had plenty of flavor. Caesar side salads were very large in proportion and had a good flavor. The Mrs. enjoyed the large parmesan flakes. Since it was a special occasion, we opted for a dessert-for-two option that was prepared tableside. We could tell that this wasn't a popular option. The waitstaff, who had been amazing all evening, struggled slightly with preparing the dish (a cognac infused brownie ala mode) tableside. The overall result was still "good", but I would recommend something prepared in the kitchen instead. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all for a great evening.

The didn’t have eddies potatoes which sucked! The witness was not great. The service was quick. The bill was incorrect. I do expect better for paying almost 200 bucks.

I took my wife here tonight for Valentine’s Day for a nice dinner Walking into the place it looked very nice the decor was elegant and we were sat after about 15 min . Once we were sat it too about 15 min for a server to come to us we made our appetizer and drink order with the drinks (an old fashion and Chardonnay)took about 15 min to get once we got them I sipped mine and noticed my glass had lipstick marks on the one side of the glass so when the waitress came back about another 15 min I told her and she apologized took my glass and I received another . The appetizers came out after about a half hr the wagyu meatballs were very good the French onion was ok just not melted enough and the king crab soup was great . Our waitress came back she took our order and I ordered a glass of red wine and my wife another Chardonnay this time it was 20 min before we got the next drink. Finally our entree showed up we ordered the 22oz ribeye with Carmelized onions and mushrooms a wedge salad the lobster Mac n cheese and bread The steak had no carmelized onions the lobster Mac was cold and not flavored well at all and we never received our wedge salad or bread . Our waitress came back after another 15 min took our steak and had onions put on it the steak was good but not 99.00 good more of a 50.00 steak in my opinion . We let her know to just cancel the wedge remove the lobster Mac and get the bread to go which she did . In the end my bill was still 213.00 without the tip which I gave her 15% and that was being generous being if I had good service she gets 50.00 .So we were sat at 925 and left at 11:20 this was a bit long considering our waitress only had 3 tables around us with many vacant at that time . I did not ask for a manager which I probably should have but I figured for the troubles she would comp us our drinks but that didn’t happen . I have no problem spending good money on a great meal and service but it’s a bummer when I spend 250.00 leaving still hungry . Jeff

The first time we went the service and food was spectacular, this time the food was nowhere near what we had last time. We wheee thinking maybe because it was Valentine’s Day, but that’s not excuse for the food not being up to standard
