Cush Jumbo on working with Peter Capaldi in new drama

Cush Jumbo tells Nihal Arthanayake why she never rehearsed her scenes with Peter Capaldi in their new series 'Criminal Record'.

The Lewisham-born actor, most known for 'The Good Wife', plays as a headstrong detective in the new crime thriller based in London.

"Peter and I are very good chums in real life... so we kind of made the unconscious decision to not rehearse our scenes", she said.

The new drama is full of deceit and darkness.

"In order to heighten that as much as much as we could, we had to completely take any knowingness of each other out".
