The worst
This is probably BY FAR, the worst customer program there is...
I have an Amex Miles and More and earn quite a big amount of miles...
I already travelled with those miles in the past but it's ALWAYS a big hassle!
You have to call them several times to have things changed about your reservation...
As the booking is done through Miles an More, you can't change it any other way than to call them (even if you're flying with Swiss Air, Lufthansa or any of the other companies that are part of their "umbrella"...).
Everything has to be managed through the phone where calls cost you 1€ for each minutes... and trust me, it takes times as they ask you all the time for the same questions...
and on top of that, when they leave you hanging to "check some things", you can be absolutely sure that the call will be lost and you'll have to call them again and do everything all over again...
What you have to ask FROM THE START is asking them to call back if the call is disconnected... Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't...
It's a luck (for them) that my Amex is affiliated with them and I ean more points that way than having a regular Amex and switch my rewards for miles (at other companies) because, if it was not the case, I would NEVER chose them as a Reward Program...
They truly are the WORST in the business
