Vueling Airlines (VY) is a Spain-based low-cost carrier and is the country's second largest airline. The airline flies non-stop to about 155 destinations in Europe, Asia and Africa. Vueling aircraft feature a single Economy Class cabin, though passengers can pay extra for preferred seating with extra legroom or toward the front of the plane. The airline has two hubs: Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) and Rome's Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO), as well as 14 operating bases in Brussels, France, the Netherlands and Spain.

Was meant to fly at 7.50am. Whilst having breakfast looked at flight trader 24 to find out flight was delayed! Told to go to gate as normal. Once they had everyone at gate and checked in was told it was delayed by French Air strikes and to be back at gate for 9am. As some people left, they shouted at us to go back to terminal as couldn't wait at gate. Back to gate at 9am and no staff at all, turned up about 9.15am! Once on plane hardly any communication,was then told would be waiting for about 1 hour on plane! Think we finally took off about 11.15am. No vouchers for food or drinks. Husband won't put in for compensation as said wouldn't get anything! Can't believe the way they shouted at us. Unnecessary and very rude. Not happy.…

I booked a flight with these scammers 1 month in advance with my husband. When I went to check in my name was written down twice, the second passenger was me but with an extra letter!! When I called customer service to ask about this, they said for them to change it to my husbands name they would charge me 50 euros or he can’t fly! On the back end they changed it to my name twice and wanted to charge me to change it to his name! They are absolutely insane!!!…

Me and my friends were denied boarding as they had overbooked the flight, I asked for proof of this happening which they did not provide and said we could get compensation online. I have since requested compensation online and they emailed me saying I was not denied boarding so I won't receive any compensation. I have since called their customer service ten times and have not been able to speak to a human so I am very doubtful that I will ever receive compensation…

Don't fly this airline because it's definitely Value Jet. Veuling, Iberia, and Level are all associated together. Customer service is beyond poor especially if you don't speak Spanish. I had a straight flight from JFK to Barcelona on May 16, 2024. No wifi or entertainment for that entire flight. American airlines also uses Level so please pay attention it's very bad. I returned on May 26th we had wifi but customer service was the same. I will swim the 7 seas before I use any of these airlines
