I moved to Gangnam, Seoul, near Gangnam Station, an hour away from my house, but I couldn't find a room I liked, so I stayed for a long way for two months.
The place I contracted as soon as I saw it was after a long time of hard work.

Best to come to travel, we thought it would be great to feel comfortable and warm at Gangnam Station. That's why I wanted to give people a great space and experience, so I started Airbnb with confidence.

is available in the building, but due to building regulations, only one hour per vehicle per day is available. If you tell us in advance, we can provide an hour parking ticket. The excess cost is 1,000 won per 10 minutes. Please understand that it is difficult to support. Nearby parking lots are mostly the same amount. If you search in the ‘Everyone's Parking’ app, there are several discounted parking lots within 10 minutes on foot. Look it up in the app because it varies from time to time.

There is a (CU) convenience store on the first basement floor of the building.

[Bathroom]
Shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, hand soap, hair dryer, plate curling iron, towel, toothpaste, etc. Other personal hygiene items (such as toothbrushes) must be prepared individually.

Large washing machine, large dryer, and laundry detergent provided.

Other things to note
For security and safety purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in the hallway outside in front of the entrance. Visits or check-ins other than the number of people reserved are not allowed.
If you change the number of people, please tell us in advance before check-in!

Only simple cooking is possible. Meat and fish that do not smell are not allowed to be cooked.
Strong adhesives such as balloons and tapes are not allowed on the walls.
Pets are not allowed.
All indoor areas are absolutely non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
Please turn off the air conditioner, electricity, and heating when you go out.
Please put used towels in the laundry basket.

Please put general garbage in the trash.
Please put all recycled garbage in a plastic basket next to the dryer.
Put the leftovers in a disposable bag in the kitchen cabinet and put them in the freezer, and I'll clean them up!
