I like when the therapist is experienced and takes a medical history and takes the session seriously. Rita did an excellent 90 minute massage concentrating on trouble areas. She is very experienced and professional. I left looser and I was much more comfortable after the massage,

First massage with Rita

Best Massage Ever

I have been having massages for 35 years now. Rita Montgomery is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Her work is extremely intuitive and she really connects with your body. Her table-side manner is one of genuine respect and compassion. Thank you Rita!

My Shoulders and Back Felt Wonderfully Free

Rita Montgomery is a superb massage therapist who listens to what you tell her then confidently sets to work to help your knotted muscles let down. Her studio is comfortable, safe and conveniently located. I highly recommend Rita's work.

My first session with Rita completely relaxed the spasms in my back and her skillful hands returned me to an upright stance! I have regularly visited Rita for massages ever since. Fantastic mastery of therapeutic massage

My body loves going to see Rita. The difference from walking in to walking out is unreal. If I could, I would see her every week because I know not only how good it feels but the long-term benefits are immeasurable.
