Account was hacked, and they changed the email and birthday.
A new account was created using the phone number, so when I go to https://www.facebook.com/hacked it brings up the new account.
I want to get to the ID verification page so I can upload my ID, but I'm not sure how to do that.

SCAM WARNING: If you are having a problem with your account, beware of scammers who may comment or DM you claiming they know someone who can fix your account, or asking you for money or your login information. If you receive a message like this, block and report them. Here is an example of me making a fake hack post and all the scammers who flocked it it, lol. THERE IS NO REASON FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE TO TELL YOU IN PRIVATE HOW TO GET YOUR ACCOUNT BACK. If you check the sub there are PLENTY of high karma posts that gives some tips should your account be hacked/locked.

Do you want to recover your original account that was hacked?
Why did you create a 2nd account? As well, on the 2nd account, why did you use the same phone# that is associated with your original account (as opposed to assigning a new#, such as Google Voice) ?
Why do you need/want to upload your ID?

Account needs to be recovered because we realized the chatlogs contain valuable information including banking. We tried to get it banned--and it was, but then somehow, two days later, it came back up. We can only conclude the hacker re-opened it somehow, likely by using the aforementioned information.
Second account was created because we needed a fb account to warn people about the FIRST account's compromised status. Using the same phone number was an error in retrospect, but time was a factor.
I don't WANT to upload my ID, but I can't think of any other way to get meta to acknowledge I am the account owner. The email and number on the old facebook have been changed by the hacker.
The Elephant in the Room: Reaching Customer Care at Facebook is notoriously difficult. Facebook no longer provides inbound phone support. Most emails and webforms go unanswered.
Some Redditors have temporarily paid for a "Meta Verified" subscription to at least reach some level of Customer Care chat with varying success. Some have used a linked Instagram account to sign-up for Meta Verified and asked that the Instagram team help fix a Facebook issue. Some have used a secondary Facebook account to signup.
