The hot and cold is intense in this one and when I though things would turn for the better, all hearts are shattered. Mine included.

I wouldn't really consider this as a dark romance, though the back history certainly is dark. It felt more like a slight bully mafia romance. It was a nice touch, but I felt that at some points there was a loss of focus in the goal of the story line, Jessie finding Wolf, the man who murdered her entire family before taking her captive.

She is a strong, sassy and funny. Seeing Mikey, Liam, Conor, and especially and finally Shane change as they came to love her was 🥰 This left me on a harsh cliffhanger, so I am off to snag the next book.

I have read this series 3 different times. It is something so special and I really don’t know how to put it into words, but the way the plot develops in the way the characters develop or just something that I have not found in any other book

This is super spicy which is some thing that I noticed Sadie Kincaid does so well but at the same time the plot is so good so it’s able to keep you invested in it and overall every single character is so likable I have only a few things that I like would change, but the teeny tiny, and nothing is perfect for this book is really close

I'm sorry, I hate to give bad reviews but that ending sucked!

Pros: Strong and sassy female lead, lots and lots of decent smexy times 🔥🔥, development of at least some of the relationships.

Cons:
Oh so many of them, but lets start off with the fact that all of these characters acted way too dumb to be mob bosses! As well as too dumb for there supposed background. She's supposed to be the "best hacker" but the only time she shows any of that intelligence is with a computer.

Where as I love lots of smexy times in my books I like it with lots of overall plot as while and a lot of it felt unnecessary and/or disjointed with an abruptly sex scene thrown in.

Liam and Mikey felt more like side characters you don't really get a whole lot of their backstory other them a few details. Also, especially more towards the end, she spends so much time with Shane on page and the others off page that it feels like a romance just between the two of them.

Last but not least, the end..... I don't even know what to write to be honest. I don't want to give any spoilers, someone else may enjoy this , so ill put it this way. Its totally a forced cliffhanger, and not a good one. Prepare to be disappointed with stupid choices and men who's instant reaction to a situation is anger. You can't say you trust each other and then within one page betray them, its just not believable!

Don't know if ill finish the series or not, have to think about it later, right now I'm just too disappointed.

Edit: finally decided to continue to the next book, just wanted to know how she would dig them out of the hole she made. Ended up not finishing at like 60%. To me it just got more forced, nothing flowed well and the relationship to me just got for one sided with Shane still being the main focus and the rest feeling like secondary characters. I just couldn't make myself continue.
It wasn't horrible, I'm sure there's plenty who will enjoy this series, just not my cup of tea.

This is the 3rd series I have read and even though I enjoy the other 2 i read(completely different books), this series is by far my favorite. These Ryan brothers are something else, recommend to read all 5 books and the shorts as well, there's quiet of few of them but those shorts, but it gives you that final feeling of like okay I'm content to know how it all ended and not that, well happen next... Loved it and, Sandie series have been great, keep up the good story telling

The story is a bit light on plot, not enough to keep me from reading the other books though, but the spice is panty melting, fan- yourself,read alone so no one can see your face hot and spicy, pretty much after the first few chapters, and there is quite alot of it.

If you are looking for a RH with off the charts spice, this will be right up your alley. I just wish there was just a bit more plot development to offset the spice level.

I saw a tease for this book and knew I just had to read it. I’m thankful the series is completed cause after the cliffhanger in this one I need more.

I was not left disappointed at all, the story and the characters were all right up my ally of likes when it comes to a great RH and why chose. I loved that Jessie was a smart mouthed Hacker and that she was smart. She was savvy and headstrong and a believable match for all four of the Ryan brothers.

Coner played the role of the fall hard and fast and so sweet for her. Mikey and Liam the twins were the fun duo that will never let you down. Then there is Shane, the oldest and the grouch. He doesn’t trust Jessie but he wants her. He needs her and doesn’t quite know how to deal with it. Jessie and Shane are both stubborn and butt heads but it makes their chemistry jump off the pages. Now onto the next in the series. Trust me after this ending you’re gonna wanna know more.

Dort wird sie gehegt und gepflegt, von einem Arzt untersucht und versorgt. Ja klar. Und dann verlieben sich alle in sie. Ja sicher.

Selten so eine unglaubwürdige Darstellung gelesen – die Idee wäre mit etwas mehr literarischem Geschick vielleicht glaubhaft gewesen. Aber so leider nicht. Keine Empfehlung.

Wow… just… WOW! Warning… this book is definitely not for the faint of heart. You will need an open mind and an even more open heart.

I’ve just finished this and I’m still not entirely sure what to think.

When I was a few chapters in, my head was already wondering where this was going to go. Four deliciously gorgeous Irish mafia brothers… a beautiful young female hacker rescued/accosted/kidnapped and taken to live with these sinfully charismatic yet dangerous men. Hhhmmmmm… but then just when you think she’s going to get it together with one of the Ryan brothers, you are completely thrown off track by the rest of ‘the family’. By half way through, I’m reading it thinking “what the heck is going on here?”

Even more strangely… I’m actually enjoying it. In fact, scratch that… I’m loving it, even though my head is firmly of the opinion that this is morally so messed up and wrong on so many levels. There is something bizarrely fascinating about this unusual arrangement and I can’t stop myself from enjoying the dynamics. Could I do it myself? Probably not, but with those Ryan boys… who knows? The love, friendship and protectiveness they share is so sweet and nurturing that I have to admit I found myself nodding and encouraging it.

If I had to choose a brother, it would have to be Conor. He’s everything a romance novel alpha male should be. On one side he’s sweet, caring, playful, considerate and loving. One the other he’s dark, dangerous, scarred and troubled. And in the bedroom… holy moly!! He’s on fire. Hot hot hot!

But then there is Shane… the oldest brother, the boss, the father figure, the ultimate protector. At first I’m not sure I like him at all. He’s so stoically serious that I’m not sure how to take him. As he starts to mellow and trust Jessie more his softer side comes through, but in one flick of a switch he is stern, fierce, controlling and ruthless. Personally I flitted between liking him and hating him, almost right up to the very end of this book until he takes Jessie to his ‘spot’.

The twins… they’re just cheeky, hot, playful, gorgeous and so incredibly adorable… when they’re not being deadly assassins that is. Love them both.

So… despite not quite knowing which way my moral compass is swinging I am absolutely gutted by the cliffhanger ending. Just when things were sorted and Jessie has been taken permanently under the Ryan’s fiercely protective wing… everything gets turned on it’s head. I’m hoping that Jessie hasn’t made the biggest mistake of her life and left the safety of her boys arms for the dangerous world she fled from.

I’m still a little shocked by how much this book has got me thinking. Promiscuity has never been something I’ve agreed with but this situation takes it beyond that… and there’s so much love involved within this arrangement that I question whether actually, as long as everyone knows where they stand, why this isn’t such a terribly bad idea. After all, as they say… sharing is caring, right?

Great book. Easy to read and an undeniable page turner. Characters are fantastic and relatable even if the plot line and the relationships between the main characters take a little bit of getting used to. And I get the distinct feeling that Erin isn’t everything she appears. As Shane quite succinctly put it… she’s a lawyer and a good one. Lying comes naturally and I think she might be the reason for Jessie being pulled away from the Ryan’s. Jealousy is a dangerous bedfellow.

Really enjoyed it and can’t wait to see what happens in book 2.
