This was an excellent college prep school which has really prepared me for attending college. The education is top notch, and therefore challenging. There are many opportunities to join extra-curricular activities, academic, athletic, and others.
This school is exceptional for college prep. The work is tedious, and requires lots of hard work and dedication. As a student, I wish we were treated more as humans, who need reassurance and words of positive affirmation to continue working this hard throughout all four years of highs cool. Things like student activities, and even just bonding with the teachers on a personal level would create such a big change in student motivation.
I am a 17 year old high school student with a passion for student government, sports and community involvement. In addition, I excel in track and field. I regularly volunteer for a local charity and its events. I use my leadership skills as Vice President of my student body, making a positive impact on my campus. Thus far, this has been the best part of my experience.
I would like to see more resources directed to mental health support. The well being of a student is always a concern, so counseling services and stress management would be beneficial. I would also like to see more initiatives toward diversity and inclusion, where our school can create a more inclusive environment celebrating different cultures and backgrounds.
