Beautiful experience once again shopping with Next. Quick deliveries, easy pick up & quick returns if things are not suitable.

Nice Laura Ashley Bacall shades

I'm very pleased with my Laura Ashley Bacall lamp / light shades.

However my experience collecting them could have been better. I checked in using the terminal and waited for my items. The couple who arrived after me received theirs before me and I had to ask the assistant when I would receive mine only to be told he was having trouble finding them.

Placed order on line, got a text from local store advising it was ready for collection, picked up within 5 minutes of arriving at the store. Shopping made easy.
No wonder I keep going back….

The Most comfortable trousers ever!

I’m just sooo glad you still keep these leggings in stock,love them and will get other colours.
Everything about making the order and checkout was quick and efficient.
Postage is pricey but they were delivered in 2 days which I was pleased about because I wanted to wear them at the end of the week.

Well l hope this is useful to others ,but lm thrilled to bits with this service 1stl can't go out on my own ,lm 77yrs old and full of arthritis, but feel any different inside l have to say l love feeling independent ,who doesn't so thiswonderful services perfect for me .The help line is there if you need it lve used it and no worries everything gets sorted for you delivery men brillant and just love being able to browse online and when my family visit they always say mam you look lovely and tell you what it does you good to be independent that's the main thingfor me .so thankyou to you all for all you provide a brillant service .l love it .x

Simply perfect

The order was dilivered on time and the notification was emailed for collection and everything was perfectly packed and the clothes, accessories and shoes were just perfect! Next is my go to shop for my lil ones and the hubby! Can never ever go wrong!!!

Would definitely recommend!

The website and app are very easy to use, quick and free delivery to store, collection tablet process is simple, staff always bring items out within minutes and are friendly. On top of that the clothes are always good quality and I can always find what I want for me and my girls. Very happy customer.

Online orders and poor service

Everytime I order online I either get sent the wrong item or it just doesn’t turn up. Once again I got sent the wrong item and then the item I originally wanted was out of stock. After going back and forth to the shop to sort it out and order something else when I went to return the item that was wrong the woman who served me didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience or offer to look for the original item online for me. Overall the service from next has been very poor

I spent a very long time searching &…

I spent a very long time searching & choosing my recent holiday costumes. I ordered x3 in all a size ‘long’ as I’m 5ft 9inches & regular is always to short for my body. I have put on a few lbs BUT I still fit in all of my regular size 18 clothes. However all of my purchases came up a tad to small/tight so as much as I didn’t want to I reordered in a size up which all fitted perfectly. I felt great in all of them. Thanks next in all of your new great styles this year xx

Sales assistant was very pleasant

Sales assistant was very pleasant. Haven’t t tried purchase on yet, but looks good quality and price.
Just one suggestion, more trousers in petite - we can’t help being short!!!!

Wrong item received

I ordered cropped cream jeans, what actually arrived were cream jeans but these were not the same design as what I was expecting ie what I saw in the picture on line. They were full length and about 8 inches too long for me, one button instead of double buttons and different style pockets. I assume the correct label was sewn into the wrong jeans and this happened twice, so when I re- ordered the same thing happened again!!

Customer service is awful, clothes are fine

Tried to cancel an order. Assured by customer service its cancelled. Now its billed to me two months later, not dispatched and they have decided to charge me five pounds delivery fee and charged me TWICE.

It wouldn't be so bad if they charged me and delivered it, but to charge me twice and send a delivery fee for nothing is outrageous.

Chatted with customer service 5 times on email and phone about how to resolve it and it goes nowhere. Its been outsourced overseas and they cant help.

Im now out 70 pounds. Considering letting the small claims court resolve it.

Mediocre

Took far too long to collect, standing around in store long enough for me to find on rack, try on and bring to counter. Advice on screen to take a seat, I assume on the floor as there were no chairs. Packed eventually chucked at me with very little customer interaction, no eye contact, two words (my first and last name). All in, not very efficient, forgettable in an unforgettable way. In no way bothersome, in no way impressed.
