Simply the best aquarium I have ever been to, some amazing species here. Just in awe of some of the majestic aquatic life here. Layed out very well easy to navigate great location in the heart of Atlanta.

Absolutely beautiful gardens, a huge variety of plants to enjoy. If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful escape, I highly recommend this! Parking was available for a reasonable cost (I think around 3/hr) and cocktails and food was available for purchase inside the garden.

We saw Shrek the Musical for our first event at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. The midtown area has many restaurants nearby to enjoy before or after. We parked in the purple lot in the Coda building which is the furthest away of the Fox lots. We did not reserve ahead of time as the show was not full and paid the attendant at the gate. This lot was cheaper but also felt safe in a nice building.

The theatre is amazing with the blue roof that feels like the night sky. Our seats were about midway up the upper seating area and gave a great view of the stage. It was easy to navigate and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

This is my 3rd visit to the World of Coca Cola, but first time to the current location. Lots of cool memorabilia to see, but some of the exhibits were horribly packed and hard to get through and one or two exhibits were not running. However, being able to have New Coke and Tab again made it worthwhile. The tasting room is the best. Stay away from the Chinese and Italian sodas. Those are gross! My son enjoyed all of the Fanta flavors.

Our only disappointment was that the childhood home was closed for repairs, but other than that, this was the highlight of the trip. We still got to see the outside of the house and how the block looked back then. We also went to the King Center to see those exhibits as well as the final resting place of Dr. & Mrs. King, the visitor center, and both Ebenezer Baptist Churches. We got to go on a tour of the original Ebenezer Baptist Church and hear the ranger talk. We learned a lot about the church and especially more about MLK Jr.’s father and grandfather, who were actually 2 of the 5 senior pastors of the church.

This is the place to visit in Atlanta. Excellent exhibits, including an interactive lunch counter (to attempt to experience aggressive racism). Very moving. History of the Civil Rights Movement. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed seeing the animals and the new elephant enclosure. We were fortunate enough to see the gorillas playing and the pandas chilling.
The downside was dinning. Ate at an off time and the line still took forever. The most concerning part had to do with the outdoor seating. The umbrella would list in the moderate wind and land on people. There were not any employees to assist with this. I saw it happen 4 different times. Each time others would put their umbrellas down. Then a new group would put their umbrella up and the problem reoccured.

Fun park with plenty of space for the kids to run around in. Next door to the aquarium and world of Coke. We had fun seeing the Olympic items and talking about the games with the kids. Good place to visit.

We spent 5 hours here and we still didn't get to read everything here; this museum is big with so much information. There are so many exhibits about the history of Atlanta; the Olympics, the Civil War, trains, and many others. The Civil War Cyclorama is amazing to look at; there are 15 minute presentations at the top of every hour. We also saw an exhibit dedicated to Hank Aaron, and being that my Dad is a MLB follower, he definitely had to visit this part of the museum.

Don't forget that there is more than just the main building as well. Out through the back door you can go through the gardens to visit the historic Swan House and Smith Family Farm. It's literally like walking into a mansion frozen in time. The farmhouse has farm animals like chickens, turkeys, and sheep out to see too.

We had lunch at the Souper Jenny cafe inside the center, and apparently it's popular because there are cars that park in the front just to eat there. It has a pretty good deal for $18, you get a choice of sandwich, a bowl of soup, a drink, a cookie, and an apple. It was a little cold and rainy the day we visited, so getting to eat some hot soup was nice.

There's a lot to see here, highly recommended if you're into history and learning about the city of Atlanta.

Missed a star not for what it is but for what is is not. It is not the Art Institute of Chicago if you are looking for Major Works; there aren't many. Or The National Gallery for endless exhaustion of everything from everywhere spread across two buildings. It is a generally nice survey collection through time in a statement building (that is annoying in terms of both navigation and restroom placement). Unfortunatley it's rather pricy and I unfortunaely attended during an 'event' (music, and crowd 'appreciation' noises - not my taste - that loudly filled most of the open stairwell radiating gallery space) which means super expensive parking as well. All told this was $55 stop - WAY too much but I was committed. When I get back to ATL I may try this on a regular day, find accessible parking and perhaps appreciate the experience more, but I was actually ready to leave when done rather than circle back to particular rooms or pieces that intrigued me.
