This version contains all the extra t.v. version scenes, while also re-editing the two rape sequences to be more effective than the gratuitous over the top offensive in the worst way uncut version of the sequences.
It's a mixture of the R/uncut and T.V. version footage for the two sequences, removing most of the gratuitous leering nudity, while still being an uncomfortable viewing experience, where you feel bad for what the victims are going through as intended, and can't wait for the rapists to get what they deserve.
It's in between the Rated and Unrated version of the scenes in terms of explicitness and packs a bigger punch now since the Rated version was cut too much,, while the unrated version goes too far practically titillating viewers(particularly in Carol's assault scene) in how it's edited together leering at the nudity and such.
