Always the same problems they never improve, every time i book with them there's a delay, they tell you it's a 1 hour delay which is actually minimum 3 hours, they don't know where the plane is or when it is coming, no one talks to you or tells you any information, you have to go search the airport for someone who has any information and then they tell you false information or say they dont know. They keep changing the gates and the check-in desks and you have to ask other passengers to know where to go. And of course if you check-in any baggage it will be opened by the tunisair employees and anything expensive will 100% be stolen, they even break the locks. Since there's always hours of delays they can take their time looking through all the baggage. Forget about complaining because they do not care, if you're lucky to find someone at the tunisair desk they will tell you to send an email (no one will reply) or go to a website. I never had such problems with nouvelair or lufthansa, they even allow you to take a personal item for free. Even if tunisair gives me a free ticket i would rather walk with broken legs…
