Founded in 1948, Tunisair (TU) is the flag carrier of Tunisia. It is headquartered in Tunis and operates from a hub at Tunis-Carthage International Airport (TUN). Tunisair flies to eight domestic destinations. International flights are available to about 80 international destinations in 28 countries in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The airline's fleet of 34 aircraft consists of Airbus A300-600, Airbus A319-100, Airbus A320-200, Airbus A330-200, Boeing 737-500 and Boeing 737-600 planes. Aircraft are configured with either a single Economy Class cabin or Business Class and Economy Class cabins.

The flight was oK. The staff at the check in was friendly. The flight itself was operated as a wet lease by the Ukrainian Company SkyUp. The cabin crew was friendly, although drinks and food were only for sale. It was not a premium airline, but there was nothing to complain.

Unilateral seat changes, rude, unhelpful and highly unprofessional lounge staff (except the lady clearing away glasses) and average service at check in… I took a chance on this airline given I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews. I won’t be making that mistake again and I’d recommend you don’t either. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!…

Always the same problems they never improve, every time i book with them there's a delay, they tell you it's a 1 hour delay which is actually minimum 3 hours, they don't know where the plane is or when it is coming, no one talks to you or tells you any information, you have to go search the airport for someone who has any information and then they tell you false information or say they dont know. They keep changing the gates and the check-in desks and you have to ask other passengers to know where to go. And of course if you check-in any baggage it will be opened by the tunisair employees and anything expensive will 100% be stolen, they even break the locks. Since there's always hours of delays they can take their time looking through all the baggage. Forget about complaining because they do not care, if you're lucky to find someone at the tunisair desk they will tell you to send an email (no one will reply) or go to a website. I never had such problems with nouvelair or lufthansa, they even allow you to take a personal item for free. Even if tunisair gives me a free ticket i would rather walk with broken legs…

Check in desk .. was slow .. only 2 desks .. but the service was lovely and friendly .. my friend needs an electric wheelchair .. the flight they listened on how to move and lock wheelchair .. in flight service and meal was really good .. tasty and fresh .. and part of the flight .. choice of drinks and top up of water Flight left and landed on time Plane grubby Was separated from my friend on landing .. not good as I'm her carer and I had all the main batteries and joystick to it and it took me a long time to get through customs…
