I love this record, but I didn’t expect a lot from this reissue, given that it was recorded in the era of digital malaise. The joke’s on me - this is fantastic. I’m not sure what the source is, but it sounds wonderful - dynamic, and quiet as can be. It destroys my well-worn CD (US pressing). A great reissue, and the songs remain superlative.
