This property started as a Microtel so yes, the rooms are small. I stayed here for most of the month as I was relocating. The sheets were clean, the water was hot, the cable TV was decent, and it was quiet for the most part. Microwave and refrigerator in room. There was no breakfast to speak of and the Exercise Room is closed (COVID, you know...whatever.) Coffee in the lobby was usually out but the helpful and friendly folks at the front desk will provide more coffee for your room. No housekeeping during your stay so you'll need to make your own bed but they will give you fresh towels after a couple of days.

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent stay here. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The free breakfast was very good. And the cost of the room was very cheap. We arrived during a heavy downpour which we had been driving through for a couple hours. With nowhere else to sit out the storm with our dog in tow, we made it to the hotel an hour early and were allowed to check in then. The room had a few blemishes, spots and scratches on the wall, some of the furnishings were a little worn. The microwave only worked on one setting, reheating our food 30 seconds at a time. But the beds were clean and comfortable, the fridge and tv worked well, and the shower water was plenty hot. The only other glitch was some other guests in a nearby room having a loud and somewhat physical disagreement in the hallway one morning. But the desk clerk addressed this issue with them and assured us they would be checking out that day and not coming back. There were a variety of restaurants within walking distance, but the weather didn't allow us to take advantage of many of these. And so many other Columbus attractions were just a short drive away. This is a hotel I would highly recommend for a quality budget stay in Columbus.

I checked in and was assigned a room. I opened the door and it didn't even have sheets on the bed. I went back to the front desk and the desk clerk assigned me another room. He went to check it out first and came back and said it was clean. After I settled in I opened the microwave to use it. The microwave was filthy and smelled. I went back to the desk and said I would be using the microwave in the breakfast area, which the clerk had to clean first. My room had not been vacuumed. The room was tiny. At checkout I complained and asked about a discount or no charge. The morning desk clerk apologized and said that they had assigned me a different room since I was a Gold club member. She did not know why the evening employee assigned me the bad rooms. The desk clerk did credit me with a few reward points. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Don't stay here!!I made reservations in July for an athletic event that I knew was taking place in September. 11 other families were also staying at this same location. When I got to the front desk my reservation had been cancelled!! I had to scramble to find another place to stay on a sold out weekend. Upon calling to talk to the manager, he mentioned that he was the one who had cancelled my room. Don't trust this place. The air conditioners don't work and the breakfast has declined to lousy. When I told the manager that I would not stay at this location again he said, "Ok, that is fine." What terrible customer service.

Good layout of the room and nice distance from the lobby, especially on the second floor. It's a comfortable room, easily accessible heating/ac unit to control. I really appreciate carpeted rooms, especially since I have a senior dog that's not steady on her legs. There's one outlet that isn't very good at keeping the plug in the socket, but that's minor. It took a slight effort to figure out how to work the TV remote, but that's not a big deal either.

I'm always a little wary of Quality Inns because some can be less than ideal. But this hotel was a gem. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, front desk staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was surprisingly complete - hot food, drinks, breads and muffins. Some give you a cold breakfast only of cereal and packaged goods, this place had fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, egg sandwiches, belgian waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, etc. Very good I would definitely stay here again.

We are having pleasant stay currently. This hotel is very friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is very cozy and feels like home. The room is very clean and smells good. The breakfast is nice they have different Varity of eggs and meat every day.

The room was very clean, had such a nice cozy feel to it. The beds were clean, the bathroom was nice and equipped with all necessary items. It was such a nice feeling and the golden lighting made me feel relaxed. It was very at home!
