If your account number begins with an ‘A’ or 'BGX' then good news! You’ve already moved to our new system, so you can download and use the new app straight away.

If your account number begins with ‘85’ this means you’re still on our old system. We’ll let you know once you’ve moved over, so you can start using the new app.
