I have a blackberry leap that arrives at the wi-fi configuration page, I tried to carry out the procedure with a screen reader but it doesn't work, furthermore by connecting it to the blackberry link pc it does not see the device on any pc.
How can I reset everything without being able to enter the settings?
I love this phone and wouldn't trade it for anyone in the world.
    Thank you

The screen reader hack is a little tricky.... but that's the only option you have, just have to keep playing with it. Go back and re-read the instructions.

May want to reload the OS with an Autoloader, make sure your on the very latest version of 10.3.3

Doesn't sound like setup really completed or "stuck".

Rerun the autoloader, and make sure to follow these steps
