This restaurant is next to Hong Kong regal hotel , causeway bay . Upper floor of Din Tai Fung restaurant . Environment and atmosphere is middle range. Nothing fancy but clean . U can find only local Hong Kong eating here. Food is not bad...compare to most of the mid. range Chinese restaurants in Causeway bay . But nothing memorable . U can find better restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui ( Kowloon) , Wanchai , Admiralty , Central etc. Or simply go to chain restaurant under Maxim . I was regret after I ate their Siu lung Bao ( dumping) I should go to Tin tai Fung instead. Honestly, the dim sum in Hk Regal hotel is much better and environment is much better too. Yes it's slightly pricier compare to here but the difference is not much . Especially Regal hotel offers discount to some credit cards holders. I won't come back but I am not upset for coming here. Just a ordinary meal in an ordinary restaurant.More

I tried the lunch here and I did not like it at all . It's oily . But when I told my hubby about my experience . He told me something extremely difference but he went there for dinner. We found out the difference is...Fu Sing is good for dinner dish not dim sum! In Chinese restaurant dimsum and regular dish are cooked by difference chefs . Hubby said he came here for abalone , fish belly , Bbq meat.... , seafood, steam fish and some other Chinese dishes . All good. And not wipe off . So if u come here , go for steam seafood / or those suppose to be pricy Chinese food or regular Chinese dish . Don't come for. dim sum. Go other place for dim sum if u really want to try chinese dim sum . Like regal hotel next store or any Maxim restaurant or high ranking Chinese restaurantMore

This is a very good Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong. They serve well-known Chinese dishes from dimsum and abalone to shark's fin soup. We had Chinese pork barbeque (char siu), Chinese style crispy fried chicken, and salted egg prawns. The char siu was tender and...juicy. The fried chicken was juicy and had crispy chicken skin like Peking duck. The prawn was fresh and ordered per piece. Expect to pay around US$50 or more per person, especially if you order seafood dishes.More

I echo the praises of the bbq pork, it is really that good. The ox tails braised in wine sauce was also really good. Since they were known for shark's fin soup, we had bowl each. It was good, but I can say that I'm...done with shark's fin. Restaurant is easy to fine and they do have English menu.More

This restaurant is located in the middle of 2 MTR, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, need to take around 15 mins to walk to this place. This is our company lunch and they have ordered many dishes to eat. The char siu and roasted meat...especially, mouth watering. There are a lot different types of dim sum here, they even got Michelin for this, it definitely worth trying out. We had the legendary char siu bo lo bun, heard that it must be pre-ordered before you can get it. Highly recommended as this is one of the most delicious restaurant that I have tasted so far.More

Multifaceted flavors compared to the Singapore dim sum we are familiar with. Chee cheong fun, chicken feet, char siew, polo buns and pork ribs were particularly memorable.

I have tried a good dozen restaurants that serve this dish. No one does it like Fu Sing; you need to come into the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor of an office building. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Three standouts for must try: Fried tofu, charsiu and roast pork. The crispy pork was as good as it gets while the charsiu was tender and moist with plenty of honey. Disappointment was the chicken. Although it looked good, it was tasteless. The good outweighed...the bad, so a good meal all in.More

It seemed to us that this was a locals place however the menu is also in English, so if you are up for experimenting Chinese cuisine this would be a great place to go.! We had goose with fish sauce, chicken with orange sauce, and...steamed vegetables with bean curd. All definitely very different textures and flavors, the chicken being our favorite! Reasonably priced and nice service. If you decide to check it out, ask for recommendations of what are locals favorites. We saw some awesome looking dishes on other tables. We wish we did that!More

You can ask for an English menu which has photos of the more popular dim sum dishes - recommended dishes : BBQ pork bun (the baked one not the steamed one),..."char leong" which is the fried dough stick wrapped in cheong fun, dumplings in the red oil sauce, siew mai, sizzling lettuce fried in prawn paste, fried carrot cake and many more!More

As a vegetarian in Hong Kong, I decided to bliss out, put my ethics aside, and indulge in...you guessed it: PORK! I had the roast pork, steamed pork buns, and pineapple style baked pork buns...(not the most well-balanced meal to be sure) and man, was...everything beyond delicious. My vegetarian self still dreams of that day.More
