Very good place to hang out for a weekend and close to all the nice spots! Food and adult beverage locations are plentiful. The place has a new hotel feel even though it has been there for a while. Beds are comfortable and quiet.
Great hotel and good location if attending a conference in Hot Springs. It was nice to get out of the downtown area after a long day of meetings. Close to shopping and area restaurants and in a safe area.
I LOVE a clean room and bathroom. I was VERY happy with how clean it was. Customer service was great and the pool was clean. The mattress hurt our backs when we got up but other than that I would definitely stay here again
We stay here every year when we drop off campers for Camp Ozark. Location cant be beaten and the hotel is clean and affordable. I recommend it to all of our friends who take and pick up campers from Camp Ozark.
Nice hotel, rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable. Staff was nice. Good breakfast each morning. A bit humid in the rooms but we brought a small fan for noise so that helped at night. Nice location also. Fun casual bar across the street that had a great band we went to one night for fun. Good value for price.
This a very clean and nice location. It has recently been updated and the rooms have that new modern look. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We especially liked the new updated Breakfast area, except for the uncomfortable modern chairs. The serving area had fresh squeezed juice, homemade smoothies, special serving containers that keep the food fresh and several other nice touches. The staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to help or get you what you need. We will be back here for sure.
The bed in this hotel is very hard to sleep LOL it’ll really hard to sleep on it felt like a piece of firewood laying down at night accommodations were clean but again the bed was so uncomfortable that I did not get a good nights sleep
We had spent the day hiking around several state parks in Tennessee. We arrived and got this wonderful room with the jacuzzi tub. Melted all of our aches and pains away. Hampton Inns rarely disappoints!! Room was so very clean. Breakfast was great.
Getting the room was a simple process handled extremely well by the receptionist. They were lax on keys and losing keys or locking yourself in the room to where they would you help you in any situation free of charge. There is lemon water, hot tea, hot chocolate and a large selection of coffee in the lounge open 24/7. The rooms were packed with everything you could want! Fridge, Microwave and a great TV. The beds were spectacular and the pillows were the softest thing I've felt. You know how most hotels don't provide good soap for shower or for hand washing? Usually its sticky or weird compared to what you use at home. Well here at Hampton Inn, the shower accommodations are larger than I've ever seen. The shower head had great pressure and eight options of projection to choose…
My wife and I spent two nights here while we toured Hot Springs National Park. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was varied and had options like smoothies to grab and go besides the normal muffin and water for breakfast. I would recommend the hotel to anyone headed to Hot Springs.
