Hello, You should try to Upgrade to the latest version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software. The remove any recently installed applications on your phone, this you can do with the DM - Desktop Manager - just plug the phone into the USB cable and connect it to the PC. If it dies not recognize your phone device, ignore the message and go into application loader and remove the latest installed apps/modules. Then disconnect and reboot phone. Also remember to install the latest version of BlackBerry® Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Try this to master reset your phone. 1. Take the battery out of your phone 2. Plug your phone into the charger (battery out) 3. Wait at least 5 minutes 4. Put the battery back in (still plugged in) 5. Do not touch any keys for at least an hour. Now your phone will be started automatically with default settings. If it does not, you may need to contact vendor for further support!

This exact same thig has happened to me. im just a kid, i dunno what to do, i have to take it back on thursday, but before then, i have to reset my whole phone cos it has all photos nd texts on it, my scroll pad? track pad has frozen and i dont have a clue what to do, someone, please help us???!!! :`(.

Yes it will work. They both have identical housing and dimensions. Only difference is the 9300 has chrome trim.

I wish.people who don`t actually know the answer... Would abstain from commenting on something they don`t know. It just confuses people.

My phone froze on the home screen, and hasnt worked since. ive tried all the combinations but my keys dont work i cant make or get any incomming or outgoing communication

Ive turned it on without the battery in and all that comes up is a white screen with a battery in the middle when i got to put the battering in it turns off
