If your keypad is no longer responding, then advanced troubleshooting steps needs to be done. Contact your service provider technical support team for assistance.

Do not try to enter your device password anymore since your device might proceed to a smartphone reset wherein all the data on your device will be wiped out or will be deleted.

Plug your device to your Desktop Software, device password will be asked as well, so you can back up all the files saved on your device just in case you need to do a software update.

Just press the "Call End Buton" (red button) for minimum 5sec. It will give a indication - "Turning Handheld off, press any key to abort" then just press any other key & the keypad is unlocked here :)

I had the same problem take out your battery and memory card and sim and put it into another phone and make a call (call canbe 1sec) then put sim back in your phone and it should work again!

Sounds like you need a reset i would say call your provider and tell them what happened and see can they do a factory reset if so that should fix your problem.
