My experience at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Film/TV as a New Yorker born and raised was absolutely exhilarating. From the moment I set foot in Greenwich Village, I could feel the creative energy buzzing around me, as if the city itself was guiding me towards my artistic journey.
Choosing NYU Tisch was a no-brainer for me. It's often dubbed the "Harvard of Film and TV schools," renowned for its prestigious programs and esteemed faculty.
NYU Tisch not only equipped me with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the competitive world of film and television but also instilled in me a profound sense of confidence and purpose as I embarked on my journey as a storyteller. As I stepped out into the industry, I carried with me the lessons and memories of my time at NYU, forever grateful for the transformative experience it provided.

I am very grateful to be at Grad Acting. While the training is incredible and our faculty is wonderful, I am hoping our program becomes tuition free.
So far my experience has been positive. We had the opportunity to work with actual 16mm film for a projects during the first year, which is rare even for film schools. The professors are kind and knowledgeable. I like how the program is flexible to graduate students lives and needs, as most of us are in different stages of life. It seems like they respect personal matters and will allow students to take time off if needed. This is something I value in any sort of system or institution. I am just getting started but am excited to see where my education goes with Tisch. There are many doors of opportunities in meeting people or collaborating with other artists. I'm excited to produce a body of work.
