Can't fault anything about the hotel, staff and service. 5* Excelent. I always book here due to the quality of the building, rooms and facilities but the main reason is the staff. They can't do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. Location is also key as its right next to Canton Fair complex.

My friend was celebrating her birthday so we chose to stay at Langham Place Guangzhou. Best decision ever! We got VVIP treatment, all the staff were so helpful and fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were received very well and then shown to our room. The room was spacious and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom was mordern and great! The view of the pearl river and the garden below was also great! The breakfast menu was quite good with a wide selection of food. Housekeeping was great! The room was decorated for the birthday and my friend got a complimentary birthday cake and a card signed by the guest relations staff which was a very touching gesture, she was so happy! We had fun lounging at the sky bar. We also got spa treatment which was also very very good. The pool was great, in general, all the hotel facilities are fantastic! There is a subway station (Xinggangdong Subway Station) about 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were very happy with the location, being out of the busy hustle and bustle. There are also restaurants, coffee shops, a convenience store, a movie theatre, etc at a mall at the same place where the metro station is. The hotel is a 2 min walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre and about 10 min drive to Canton Tower. Thank you very very very much all the staff at Langham Place Guangzhou who made our stay very memorable and special. I will definitely come again if I am in Guangzhou. I highly recommend this hotel!

Thanks to the kindest staff ever! The food is great and the accommodation is very welcoming and you can feel very relaxed after a long day. I am willing to continue to book this hotel, because the location is more convenient, the environment is clean, the service is very friendly, and the price/performance is very high.Although the decoration is not as luxurious as some five-star hotels, it is very suitable for young people. I have stayed at this hotel for the first time . As frequent travelers we have stayed in almost every big name 5 star hotel in Guangdong. So for “spoiled” taste The Langham place is definitely a winner . Amazing room , upgrade at the checkin in . There executive lounge is definitely best in Guangzhou. Excellent service. (They offer you make a cocktail for you at the lounge , never experience that in other hotels) Just small suggestion I would make , its to get better quality juices for the breakfast, other than that We had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again.

Langham Place Guangzhou is beautiful! I enjoyed my stay here very much especially because Audrey was extremely great and helpful! She gave me a beautiful tour of the hotel and made me feel very comfortable! Ricki, Michelle and the rest of the staff were great as well! They helped me find a location to take a Covid test and the location to a luxury mall to shop. They have amazing art to admire that I found fascinating. The spa had a discount coupon that I had planned to use but my flight was canceled and I needed to use the time to book another hotel and flight. The 28th Interwine award ceremony was taking place so I had a chance to take a look. I took a relaxing bath in the comfortable bathtub and order room service to enjoy a delicious curry meal! I had a wonderful time!

5 star experience at a 5 star amazing hotel the entire stay!! We were upgraded to the executive floor and had access to the club which we certainly took advantage of - the view from the terrace is amazing! The restaurant on the 3rd floor is amazing (Ming Court), Michelin level, presenting traditional Cantonese flavors in a modern way.
The hotel breakfast selection is incredible, highlights are the congee and noodle soup. But most of all is the service, shout out to Crystal and the entire team! They were attentive and helped us throughout the stay, from the hotel shuttles to booking meeting rooms for late night meetings. The pool is pretty nice as well, you often have the lane to yourself.

Well equipped room with warm services. The hotel Wi-Fi is amazing. Allowing guests can use WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube in China. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to experience the spa service and health club this time. Reason for revisit!

Try to pick a yellow cab if you can, this company employs local drivers, by that I mean they are natives to Guangzhou and are generally more genuine. Avoid those green ones, they are more dodgy.
