    Very good theme park
Bought a three day ticket to all three parks. It was very busy when we went as all the local school children had gone there for an end of year treat. Very manic and noisy. Still over the three days we managed to get on all the rides we wanted to. Some of the rollercoasters are great and some are pretty rough and bash you about a bit. Ok, if you're young, but not us middle age folk. Food in the park is your usual stuff and quite expensive for what it is. Ferrari land isn't great though, unless you really love the brand. Only one good ride there as far as I'm concerned. The water park next door is good. Plenty of space and sun loungers. Rides are good too. A must do, if you visit Salou.

    Great fun for all ages!
We came in 2019 - prior to the pandemics - and came back now. It was a very good surprise to see that the customer service mindset of the park has improved dramatically and every employee is attentive and friendly. Rides and infrastructure is very well maintained, it is a great option for all ages and we had a lot of fun!

    Just visit during the evening!!
If visiting during summer I would suggest saving money by buying an evening ticket which allows access from 6pm i believe. When we went for the whole day the park was so busy it was over an hour wait for all rides and the queues get very boring which takes away from the experience of the actual ride when you finally get to it. We stayed from 11am until 11pm and after 7pm the park was basically empty! The waits for the rides that had previously been 2 hours (dragon khan & shambhala) were about 10 minutes which was basically just walk straight on. We managed to do all the big rides and a few others in a couple of hours! Definitely don’t bother coming during the day- the evening is less busy and there’s more shows and entertainment

    Adventure for everyone
A great theme park for all ages. I love how it is all set up as mini worlds such as China, Polynesia, The Wild West, The Mediterranean, Mexico and even seasame street. They were all decorated so well and felt like you had been transported to that country. I went with my partner and we loved the rollercoasters. Dragon Khan was amazing. Thrill seekers will be in their element. I would recommend avoiding visiting on the weekend due to how busy it can be. The longest we queued for a ride was 1hour but it did seem to get worse throughout the day. There are a few restaurants and vendors throughout the park.

Lack of staff about to help manage a smooth experience. Unsure if covid played a part in this. People kept jumping the queue mainly spainish aged school children. Queues up to 1 hour 50 mins. If you are bigger in the skin like myself and parter. You will struggle to feel comfortable on the rides. Some won't let you on at all. I get the safety aspect but by now I would have thought attractions would be more diverse. My favourite ride dragon Khan which was worth the wait.

A theme park not to be missed
Had a great day out here, the rides were mind blowing. Went to Ferrari land aswell. If you have just a day here like we had I'd highly recommend getting the express passes. You'll get on all the rides in a day then. Only negative was it was peak season & some of the restaurants weren't open during the day. Other than that can't wait to get back.

    Fantastic Rides. Poor food.
Excellent park.plenty to do. We had a two day trip. 1st day we queued and managed to get about 10 rides done. Average length queue was about an hour. The 2nd day we got two fast passes. A bit expensive but well worth it. We managed to get over 80 rides done. Many multiple times. One tip. Bring your own food. Very very expensive for rubbish. 2 lunches. 1/2 rack of ribs. Warm chips. Drink and an ice cream for 2 people £40. 10 out of 10 for the rides. 1 out of 10 for the food

    Great park
My partner and I had a great time during our 2 day visit to PortAventura and FerrariLand. It’s pretty much capitalism at it’s finest. You’re gonna want to have one of those Express Passes. More on that later. The first day we entered the park as soon as it opened the gates and man it got crowded really fast. We figured we’d follow the Spanish kids as they rushed the park to Shambhalah, truly a sight to behold. One of B&M’s smoothest most thrilling hypercoasters. Queue times can get quite long, don’t rely too much on the queue time displays scattered around the park. Ride operators are in no rush to get trains to leave the stations, meaning the rides don’t

Great Park but too long queues
We pre booked our tickets online and found this was cheaper than paying on arrival. As we were staying in Salou we walked to the entrance for 10am when it opened and the entrance was absolutely packed and felt quite claustrophobic. We walked to the 1st ride of Furious Bacon and ended up queuing for 2 hours to get on this ride, even then we jumped the queue a little as most people were in groups and wanted to go on the ride together and they just needed 2 people so we out our hand up and were called to the front. The ride is amazing if a little short. Not sure its worth the 2 hour wait. We tried to get on the new Enchanted ride but the queue for this was even longer so gave it a miss. There are boards all around the park giving queue times but don't take the as accurate. A must for us was the Turkish Splash but be prepared to get wet. Its a great park and not as expensive as some but just be prepared to queue a lot. Food and drink is very expensive but you are allowed to take your own in if you want. If you use a rucksack there are lockers available around the park or you can leave them at the side of each ride. There is lots more to see and do than just the rides so if you are not a thrill seeker there is still lots to do.

    Great Day Out
Tickets - recommend getting in advance so can just scan at gates rather than waiting in queues to buy or pick up at booth. Wait times - we visited on 7th July and entered park at opening (10:30am) and averaged 30min wait time. Up until about 1pm when the ques grew to 1-1.5 hours, we then explored the park and got lunch. After about 3pm things got quiet again and managed another couple of rides again. Finishing at new ride uncharted which we done in around 45min. If I was to do it again I would go later in evening after 4pm potentially as lines are smaller and not as hot as shade is limited. We stayed until 6pm and grab a taxi with ease at taxi rank outside entrance (in car park).

Be ready to queue all day if you don't fork out for fast passes. Positives, it is a lovely park with lots of restaurants, bars etc. There is a lake, waterfalls and lots of shaded areas at the bottom of the park as we went in 35 degrees There are water fountains for you to refill bottles by the toilets. Bottle of water are 2 euros and a toastie 4 euros. The 2 large rides were great.
However...we queued 1 hour 40 mins for the log flume which is just the 2 drops you can see when queueing. The timing board showed 40 mins. Enjoyable but badly run as empty boats were going with noone in them which when we are standing with sweat dripping off you waiting is very annoying.
For £200 we managed 3 rides and an extra 30 euros for the simulator.

Attended park with husband, wider family and sisters three kids (ages 5-9). Park extremely busy and does not appear to have a maximum capacity. Queues for rides where extensive lasting upTo three and half hours. Some queues stated 30 minutes but extended to at least an hour and half. Overall it’s a complete waste of money as rides are limited due to extensive queues and in the hot weather it’s not really tolerable. If this is really your thing I would advise you consider a fast track pass, it is expensive but it will bring more value to your experience. I know it does have some limitations in terms of some rides not accepting it ( maximum two rides I believe) but would be worth looking into further before you book. I hope this helps !

Pros - plenty of kids and family rides, great variety of food and drink, lots of shows, very clean, most of the thrill seeking rides were good but not excellent.
Cons - App didn't show ride times for all rides, queues were slow moving with many not having fans which in 37 degree heat was unbearable at times, food and drink was very expensive (even for a theme park), not enough high thrill rides.

Suggestions - more fans or water sprays to ease uncomfortableness when queuing, ensure the app provides times for all rides, dining or drink plan eg. Refillable mugs with refills at a reduced price, make the queing environment more interactive and a build up to the ride. Stop people smoking in the queues.

Overall we're glad we visited and would recommend others to visit but more promotion of the Ride photos and videos is required, the rides need updating and more consideration needs to be given to queue times and experience during peak times. Not close to Universal or Disney but deffinately a mid range theme park. There are more rides for families and younger children compared to older chdren and adults.

Had a great time here, visiting in October it was busier than I expected but the queues were never more than twenty minutes for each ride and an added bonus was the Halloween theme.

Plenty of choice of rides for all the family, food and drinks prices were reasonable as you could get a 3 course meal for 18.80.

Lockers are available around the park for 1 euro, however you can leave your bags to the side in cupboards on most rides.

Plenty of toilets around the park.

For the water splash rides, you can buy water proof ponchos for 7.50 at stalls

Gifts shops however are very expensive.

The staff interaction with visitors was great, especially with it being Halloween, they were dressed up in spooky outfits and there was an evening parade at 6pm with all the characters and floats.

Park cleanliness was fantastic, no litter and staff sweeping up leaves.

Well worth the money but I would recommend getting at least a 2 or 3 day ticket to enable you to get the full experience as it took us a day and a half to do everything and this was in October when it is quieter.

This could be a great park if it wasn't in Spain. We stayed at the portadventura hotel for 3 days and I was expecting a universal studios type experience where the room key is the access to everything you need. It wasn't. As a hotel guest you get into the park at 10:15, that's 15 minutes before everyone else, excellent you'd think as you can get into the queue of your favourite ride first but nope on everyday we were in the park the major attractions opened at 11:30am.

The queues without a fast pass are huge 1.5 hours plus for most rides, fast pass queues can be up to 30 minutes as they don't limit the amount they sell and there are different levels you really need to most expensive unlimited gold fast pass to get the most out of the park, the cost of this will dwarf your entry price and isn't reasonable as a family. The queues are also stuffy and hot, there are not fans or misters, people smoke in the queues and noone stops them and queue jumpers are very common.

There is a circular train that goes around the site, it's sold as being a trip around the 4 themes however you wait 30-40 minutes for it to arrive and you have to get off at each station and queue again.the ride between stations is about 2 minutes it's a shambles.

Farrari land is a bit boring, even red force is an average ride and the operations are terrible. It breaks every 5 goes. The little go karts things are as far from farrari as you could possibly get and you'll be in the queue for 2 hour for the experience. The simulators indoor do have good Aircon for queueing but overall the park lacks inventiveness it's just been cobbled together.

The aqua park is ok, better if you're 10 years old. You do feel responsible for your own safety the life guards don't care and the rides do feel like you could injury yourself. I'm sure people do every day.

The park is open late which is nice.

Personally the operations and overselling of tickets ruin what could be a good park. The theming is on point, the coasters are good. I'd suggest you need 2-3 days if you're doing all 3 parks with a fast pass that would be plenty. I won't be returning

Absolutely go! I booked 2 day pass for 2 (includes ferrari land) which had €30 discount at moment with code. My son actually chose Caribe water park rather than here but the reviews coming up are so abysmal I disappointedly decided against going. We arrived about 2pm slow getting round at first (all maps at entrance had gone) but we left 9.30pm and had managed to visit all 5 worlds.
At first desk we waited a long time but didn't need to as we already had tickets so skip this if you've already purchased.
We watched some of the bird show though gave up because all in Spanish & while people were laughing at the jokes we didn't understand anything- that's not to complain just let others know 🙂
Glad I paid no extra for express passes as we didn't need for the rides we chose. Loved the music playing in the different worlds.
El Secreto dos Mayas was hilarious & the attendant laughed with us as we found our way out so quickly.
Loved Templo del Fuego though again all spoken in Spanish. Absolutely soaked on the Silver River Flume but isn't that what its about 😄. Watched a bubble magic show in China which reminded me of the guy on TV in the early 80s who used to blow bubbles and smoke into them 😆
The restaurant type places were expensive so we avoided and waited to eat back in Salou. We loved it & will use the second day of our passes if we can fit it in.

Very busy in August queues of 2 hours for some rides.

Spent a day and a half in the park and managed to get all the roller coasters in.

We managed to get on a total of 8 rides in a day and a half 12-6pm and 10 till 8pm.

Every single ride had a break down or issue whilst queuing which added about 30/40 minutes on to the queuing time.

Fast track tickets get priority, which is why the queues are so slow. All PortAdventurer hotel guests get these included so if you do not have them be prepared to queue.

Food and drink was good but expensive as you would expect in a theme park €5 for a bottle of water.

There are lockers for €1 but these a not very large.

We enjoyed the rides but will not return in peak season as it was too busy and got to enjoy the experience.

The park infrastructure is actually visually good and with lots of thing to do. HOWEVER, operationally portaventura is a complete failure. From parking access to attractions to food stands, everything is done the hard way. Really understaffed and the workers there do not care to efficiently do their work. There is an excess of express pass holders (70€ per pax) and on rides, there is an absolute randomness and lack of control of who goes when. I would say about 20% of riders coming from the regular line and 80% from express line. Even then, I don’t think that is a good experience for express pass holders, that end up queuing for long times due to an excess of express passes being sold. Time estimates for rides are completely off and useless. We did 75 min on a ride that said 10 min, and 25 min on a ride that said 60 min. It is a shame because the park has the potential to be an awesome experience, but the lack of minimum operational order completely messes up with the experience. Would not recommend during summer months.

Went with 8 year old grandson who thought it was amazing and loved every minute. Easy to get to. We paid €9 from Salou each way and prebooked our tickets online. Arrived at approx 10:30 and although lots of people arriving it was more or less straight in.

Some queues for rides/attractions but boards everywhere telling you the wait times to help you plan your trip and we didn't wait anywhere longer than 30 mins.

You may get wet on some rides but your choice but it's great fun especially at the Angkor Wat section where a water fight from boats is a great way to have fun with others.

Some rides not suitable for smaller kids and the staff all use a measurement gauge to check if you're tall enough. 1.10m seemed to be the minimum height on most things and shorter kids were turned away.

Food and drink prices not extortionate and toilets clean etc. Shops everywhere though selling toys etc that are a bit expensive and you can't escape them all you're guided through after exiting some rides.

All in all, a really good fun filled day from 10:00 - 18:00.
