- His evidence (as to how he
came to obtain the Disputed 2006 Will from Nina WANG) was
rejected by the court.

evidence in many respects was tailored to suit his convenience.

evidence that he was not involved in the preparation of
the Disputed 2006 Will & that he lied & withheld

other person who had met Nina WANG at that time who was likely
to have a part to play with the preparation of this document was

Chinachem's experts Mr. Radley & Dr. Giles that both Nina's

skilled simulation.

that this document was a forgery.
