One of Us Is Lying - Recently cancelled show that impacted production on S4-S5?

The Peacock show One of Us Is Lying ran from 2021 to 2022 for 2 seasons, and starred two recurring actors on Cobra Kai, Annalisa Cochrane and Barrett Carnahan (Yasmine and Young Kreese). Production seemed to overlap with seasons 4 and 5 of Cobra Kai. As a result, Yasmine’s role was notably reduced and we got fewer flashbacks to Kreese in Vietnam.

However, One of Us Is Lying was cancelled after its second season which means both Annalisa and Barrett are perhaps free to be in S6 more. It doesn’t seem like any of them had other scheduling commitments ATM. Barrett did an episode of Obliterated (the Cobra Kai team’s other show) and Annalisa was on NCIS last year.

Also that means we’ll be seeing more of Captain Turner and Twig Silver in the Kreese flashbacks. Also more Yasmine means more Moon.
