Evan C. Itzkowitz

Evan C. Itzkowitz has been practicing family law exclusively since 2001 and is a partner at Harris • Ginsberg LLP. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Executive Committee and sits on the Board of the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice, a non-profit organization which provides free legal services to victims of domestic violence who cannot otherwise afford such services. He has presented before the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Itzkowitz is an experienced litigator and is involved in a variety of practice areas within Family Law, including dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, paternity actions, complex financial matters, breaches of fiduciary duty, child custody and support, spousal support, property valuation and division of property. He also has a sub-specialty in domestic violence restraining order matters. Mr. Itzkowitz regularly tries cases before Family Courts in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
