Guest Account: I cannot login into my account

    I have tried to get an email to reset my password and cannot get in, I have read all help support articles and none have remedied the situation. Please assist me in getting access to the account again.


    We have sensitive information in this account that I desperately need access to for my work.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can see that your account is currently a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. To create a new account, you can go to this link.

    If the account in the issue is tied to a different email address, please provide the email address or username of the account in the issue.
