NBA hammers Rudy Gobert again with $75,000 fine
Gobert slapped with fine for briefly making a "money sign" gesture with his hands.
Rudy Gobert flashing the "money sign" after being called for an offensive foul during Minnesota's Game 4 loss to the Denver Nuggets will cost him $75,000.
The NBA announced the fine against Gobert on Tuesday morning, alleging that his brief gesture with his hands was "inappropriate and unprofessional" and "questions the integrity of the league and its game officials."
"The fine takes into account Gobert’s history of improper conduct toward game officials," an announcement from the league reads.
Gobert was fined $100,000 for flashing a similar "money sign" during a game between the Timberwolves and Cavaliers on March 8.
