Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani shared sweet moments at a recent gala during which he also called his wife "Gwen Shelton."

Keep Memory Alive's 27th Annual Power of Love Gala in Las Vegas, Nev., honored Shelton for his philanthropic work on Friday, May 10. He performed several hit songs when he took the stage, including "Ole Red," "Sangria" and "Sweet Caroline."

Shelton also performed with his wife, Gwen Stefani, and delivered a heartfelt performance of their song, "Nobody But You."

"His heart is as big as his voice," Stefani said of Shelton. "His talent is obvious and he lights up the room and brings a smile to everyone he meets that makes us all love him so much. So whether he's supporting an important cause and organizations across the country, he's an incredible person."

She also applauded her husband for supporting people in need and for inspiring people with his work.

"It was as elegant and refined and cool as Gwen is, and it was country and down-home and fun as Blake is," The Voice host Carson Daly, who officiated the wedding, told Today. "They just work. They're an unlikely pair. They're like if you paired delicious fried chicken with a glass of champagne. On paper, on the menu, it doesn't seem to work, but it works. They're comfort food with class, and everybody roots for that."

Stefani and Shelton worked on their new song, "Purple Irises," and performed it during a Super Bowl LVIII TikTok Tailgate event in Las Vegas.
