NUMBER 504822 1111. WELL, NOW TO SLIDELL, WHERE THE SWAT TEAM AND NARCOTICS DETECTIVES ARRESTED SEVERAL PEOPLE ACCUSED OF DRUG TRAFFICKING. WE’RE TOLD THEY RECEIVED A CALL YESTERDAY AT STERLING OAKS BOULEVARD. OFFICERS SAY THEY FOUND NARCOTICS BEING SOLD AT THE HOME. SO A SEARCH WARRANT WAS ISSUED. WE’RE TOLD THIS IS THE SECOND NARCOTIC SEARCH WARRANT THAT HAS BEEN EXECUTED AT THAT HOME. DETECTIVES FOUND WEAPONS, NARCOTICS AND PARAPHERNALIA INSIDE THE HOME, ALONG WITH CONVICTED FELON DUSTIN RUPPEL AND SALVADOR MARQUEZ, WHO IS NOT PICTURED BUT YOU SEE RICHARD DANTON.

The Slidell Police Department arrested several people accused of dealing drugs in the city. Police said SWAT raided a home at 1026 Sterling Oaks Blvd. early Wednesday morning. According to police, officers found out that drugs were being sold out of the home so SWAT executed a search warrant. This is the second time a warrant had been executed at the home, according to police. Detectives found guns, drugs, and other paraphernalia inside the home. Dustin Rupple and Salvatore Marchese were arrested in the raid. Police are still searching for another suspect, Richard Dantin, who is wanted for possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. All three suspects are convicted felons, according to police.
