He tied up that last guy and tossed him into the grave, but last I checked, that guy was alive and looked like he could escape. So, do y’all think he’s dead?

He’s dead. Even if he survived the yank into the grave, people who are tied up aren’t long for the Fallout world.

Theres sickening crunch when the rope around him snaps taught as the iron coffin hits the ground before hes pulled into it, if he's not dead he will be soon. Having injuries like that in an abandoned, wasteland, open grave? If he's lucky he's dead, if he's unlucky hes paralyzed and the radroaches found him.
It's also not like the ghoul to leave loose ends, he won't leave anybody who might come hunt him down alive.
He does this shit for the love of the game. If that means he has a contender that he pissed off previously then so be it, he did it with Erik Estrada, and his son. He did it with Hank. I think he’d leave a few loose ends for a challenge once in a while.
Also a good addition to his writing if he were to ever get killed in the show, he gets a bit too confident that leaving those loose ends won’t come back and bite him as he is a badass and can take that challenge and will probably win. Maybe one day he won’t. Big iron.
It could make a good antagonist for The Ghoul later on, to have him survive.
Pretty sure it was tied around his neck, at that force while being choked it would have likely snapped the hyoid. If he did survive, his neck would likely be broken and or he'd be paralyzed from smashing down that.hard on his spine
The 2 henchmen of the guy are dead as hell lmao. Now the boss of the two could be alive/ could have survived all of that but i highly doubt it since he basically serves no purpose in the story/ doesn’t have a big role/ isn’t mentioned

Two are guaranteed, and unless there is a good storytelling purpose, assume the leader is dead as well.
One rule of tv/movies is if you don't see the death, they'll probably be back. That said he seemed insignificant so I'm not sure he falls under that
