Game description.
Evade (commonly stylized as EVADE) is an experience on Roblox developed by OsterDog and Beefchoplets, and published by the Roblox group, Hexagon Development Community. EVADE is labeled under the Horror genre on Roblox, containing flashing lights, loud noises and slight jumpscares. The game has over 3 billion visits as of July 2023.
Gameplay[]
EVADE is a horror experience on Roblox heavily based on "Nextbot Chase", an addon for Garry's Mod where players must run away from entities known as Nextbots, and survive for as long as possible without dying. In EVADE, players can utilize items and do movement tricks to dodge the Nextbots.
Nextbots[]
Nextbots are the main antagonist of EVADE, who are walking PNGs with the sole intention of killing the player once they have been spotted. Nextbots announce their appearance via a noticeable loud audio, flicking lights, and a red screen filter that increases in intensity as they get closer.
Items[]
With Template:Token and Template:Experience gained from finished rounds, you can purchase from the shop items that help you survive Nextbots, the items being Skins, which grant a passive boost when equipped; Utilities, which only last for 6 rounds before disappearing; Usables, items that can only be used once; and Lights, which help players see in the dark.
Maps[]
Maps are the settings where gameplay takes place in, where objectives can be completed and where certain badges can be obtained. There are four difficulty ratings for maps, which are Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert.
Controls[]
Besides obviously the W A S D and SPACE keys for movement, there are several controls in EVADE that players use to evade Nextbots, among other things. The following table is a list of controls for the computer version of EVADE.

Developer Products[]
EVADE has several products which can be purchased with Template:Robux, such as gamepasses and UGC items. These products do not have any effect on gameplay, and are purely cosmetic.
Update History[]
Development on EVADE started around the beginning of July 2022, and had 4 alpha testing sessions before being released to the public on August 4th. EVADE has received many updates since then, with the latest being "INVADE", released on April 1st, 2023. DON'T FORGET TO SMACK MA POOSAY😍😍😍
