Hubert H. \Skip\ Humphrey, III was first elected Minnesota Attorney General in 1982 and was re-elected in 1986, 1990 and 1994. From 1993 to 1994, he served as President of the National Association of Attorneys General. Prior to his elected as Attorney General, Mr. Humphrey served as State Senator for 10 years, practiced law privately in Minneapolis for 12 years and served as Deputy U.S. Marshal in Washington, DC. Mr. Humphrey currently serves on the President's Council on Sustainable Development.
