The 2022-23 NPL season is expected to be one of the best in league history due to new growth – evidenced by new member leagues VPSL and Soccer Alliance of Arizona – and expanded resources, such as health and safety initiatives and coaching education opportunities. The Central States NPL is growing alongside the nationwide NPL platform, as it leverages these opportunities to its members.

“Missouri Rush is extremely excited to be accepted, through US Club Soccer, into the Central States NPL for both our boys and girls programs,” said Nick Teater, Missouri Rush SC Executive Director. “Being able to offer an advanced program that competes regionally is a great addition to our player pathway. We look forward to creating new relationships with the clubs in the Central States NPL, while exposing our players to a higher level of competition and structure.”

“We are excited to join NPL for the upcoming year and look forward to this great opportunity for our club and our players,” said Ricardo Noyola, Dreamers FC President. “The NPL will be a great platform to showcase the great talent in our community. We look forward to creating healthy relationships with other clubs, as we work together to achieve our goals.”

“Saint Charles FC is delighted to be joining the Central States NPL,” said Sean McGuigan-Hart, St. Charles FC Boys Director of Coaching. “As a club that only formed two years ago, this is a huge step forward for us and our boys program. This league will provide a great platform for our boys teams to compete in at a regional level, and we cannot wait to get started.”

“Sting Nebraska is thrilled to be a part of the Central States NPL,” said Stuart Hilton, Sting Nebraska Technical Director. “We are continually looking to provide league options for our girls and boys programs that will provide a strong competitive atmosphere for our teams. The Central States NPL is a great option for our highest level teams to add more league games to their annual schedule. Sting Nebraska has grown exponentially within a year in Omaha, Lincoln and York, and we are pleased to have this option for our most elite players and teams. We are looking forward to a great 2022-23 season with the Central States NPL.”

Central States NPL members enjoy a league-based championship pathway to the annual NPL postseason, where qualifiers from all NPL member leagues throughout the country compete for National Premier Leagues titles.
