This property turned out to be a good place to stay on our visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel is around 4 miles from the Niagara Falls State Park, and adjacent to a freeway. While there were a number of hotels much closer to Niagara Falls, they were much more expensive when I was looking online to book a place and the prices for this Hampton Inn were much more reasonable. The two queen bed room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and as has been my experience with Hampton Inns, good quality toiletries were provided when we checked in to the room. The bathroom did look a bit rusty, with a portion of the sink displaying a crack, the bathtub looking a bit old and the shower curtains somewhat worn down - those weren't dealbreakers but I did expect a little better from a Hampton branded property. The breakfast was excellent - they had a good selection of breads, waffles, omelet, bacon, breakfast potatoes, cereal etc. The hot breakfast selection was really commendable. The breakfast area is quite spread out and we didn't notice excessive crowding when we went down for our breakfast. Coffee and hot water was available near the front desk throughout the day, which I've come to expect as a regular offering at most Hampton Inns that we've stayed. Overall, this hotel can do some work to raise its level which was a tad lower than what I'm used to at similar level hotels, but they did provide a clean, relaxing stay at a reasonable price in Niagara Falls.…
Awesome jacuzzi tub in the very spacious suite. Delicious hot breakfast options each morning, with something different every day. The entire staff were above and beyond friendly and accommodating. Ideal location-less then ten minutes to anywhere in Niagra state lark. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Niagra
Always stay at either a Hampton Inn or Doubletree. The Hampton Inn on Rainbow Boulevard was good, convenient to all of the Niagara attractions, walkable or by car. Some suggestions for this Hampton Inn would be additional guest laundry washers and dryers, more towels in the rooms. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, if in the area.
Enjoyed my stay. Very clean, very nice, friendly and helpful staff, but could use improvement in the following areas: The room thermostat would not go below 66 degrees. I'm a cold weather person who enjoys sleeping in a very cold room year round. Sixty-six degrees was just tolerable. Of course, you can't open the window at all. Sixty degrees would have been OK. Fifty degrees would have been better. Next, the fitness center is poorly thought out could be better equipped. There were two stair steppers, two recumbent bikes, two treadmills, and some free weights, but no machines to work your upper body or arms. It felt like half a workout. Finally, this is a small complaint, but the breakfast room features really crappy, low grade plastic utensils. The knife was completely worthless. Better quality utensils would help. The complimentary breakfast items (which of course are not really free) were passably good. Except for these few anomalies, the Hampton Niagara is a nice hotel.…
The staff at this hotel are nothing less than beautiful humans. Check in was a breeze and the young woman was nice enough to call our room to verify that everything was okay. You don't typically see that kind of service these days and I fully appreciate it. Our room was good. The jacuzzi tub was nice after a day of shopping. The outlet mall is literally 5 minutes away. In fact this location is rather perfect. It's not only right near the thruway but quite literally near anything that you could need including restaurants and grocery stores. About the only two complaints that I have are that the last occupants must have had some sort of glitter bomb because the room had little colored stars all over the place. It's near impossible to get this stuff even with frequent vacuuming and the walls are really thin, also not the hotels fault but because of the location of our room you could hear every time the doors going outside were shut but they are kind enough to provide a set of earplugs and I probably should have used them.…
The hotel room was one of the worst I've stayed in my wife had to remove previous guest underwear from shower curtain we pushed the pillow shortage as we were told and horrible bed aside cleaned up before we left then got a credit card notice that we were being charged 250 when I called they said they assessed the room and smelled of smoke well maybe they should clean it because it was not us. I will be fighting this charge with my card carrier and never staying with hampton again. The complimentary breakfast had no bread and you could tell they are very understaffed maybe its hampton new policy to try and get any cent they can from guests.
When I went to shower after a long day, i found that the water didn’t drain from the tub, leaving me to stand in half a foot of water. There were stains on the floor and on the bedskirt. The ice machine on my floor was broken and the one of the luggage carts i used was so rickety it felt like it was going to fall apart. This hotel is also quite a drive from Niagara Falls to be this pricey. Also hated that there was no type of housekeeping service, considering we needed towels, toilet paper and trash taken out. Quite disappointing, might as well spend the extra money and get a hotel closer to the Falls that is likely much nicer.
We had a quick stop in Niagara during a road trip exploring the Northeast, and staying at this Hampton Inn was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive, the fitness facility was as expected, and the breakfast was very good. There's an all hours coffee-bar, which was a nice touch upon check in during a spring snow squall!. This property is very close to the falls and many good dining choices. Parking is free and if the weather was warmer/dryer when we visited, we could have walked to the Niagara Falls State Park. This was a great, family-friendly destination.
Hot breakfast should be served every day, it was amazing the day they had it. Pool could have been a little cleaner it looked a little too green for my taste but the kids loved it. Other than that this was a very decent hotel.
First off, I’m definitely not one to complain, I know that’s what everyone says but really, I’m not. I understand everything going on with Covid but I have worked in this industry and upon walking in saw no plexiglass separating the guests from the front desk workers (we were told it was too expensive to order) none of the staff had masks on either. Next up, no sweets in the sweet shop or vending machines anywhere. The elevator was absolutely coated in finger prints and anyone looking around for more than two seconds would see the disgusting neglect of the cleaning staff. There was a solid layer of dust atop the mini fridge within our room. When we went to go to the pool there was a family with a “service dog in training” (we talked to the family and that’s what they told us) all IN the pool. The dog was IN the pool with them. And here’s the kicker, the door to our room didn’t lock. We complained to the front desk because that’s a huge safety hazard. They showed up and told us “just pull up on the doorknob when you close it” that still didn’t work, so we went for 2 nights with unlocked doors. The person staying in the room beside ours said they had the same problem and that they feared for the safety of their daughter. The only redeeming part was the kindness of some of the staff like Judy. She was wonderful!…
