Junior Year in 2023-24

• Underwent season-ending procedure in February to treat an ongoing hip injury
• Made his first career start at Miami on January 10
• Appeared in 10 games with three starts, averaging 4.2 minutes per game
• Scored an average of 1.1 points per contest

Sophomore Year in 2022-23
 
• Appeared in 27 games, averaging 1.8 points and 1.1 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per outing
• One of two players on the roster with a positive assist-to-turnover ratio
• Scored career-high 10 points with two made 3s at Pitt on Feb. 7
• Added five points and six rebounds in a career-high 25 minutes against App State on Nov. 15
• Named to 2022-23 ACC All-Academic Team

Before Louisville

• Transfer guard who played in six of the first seven games as a freshman at Tennessee State in November 2021 before an injury sent him to the sidelines.
• Totaled seven points and two steals against Fisk on Nov. 16, 2021.  He averaged 10.2 minutes in six games at TCU, totaling 12 points and five rebounds.
• Averaged 10.6 points per game as a senior in helping Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis, Minn., to a 20-1 record, a No. 8 national ranking and the school’s fourth straight Class 3A Minnesota state championship and in 2020-21.
• Scored a game-high 24 points in the 2021 state championship game while teaming at Minnehaha with Minnesota Mr. Basketball Chet Holmgren, the nation’s top prospect as a senior who played last season at Gonzaga.  Miller was a three-star prospect as a senior in ESPN’s rankings.

Personal:

• Born March 28, 2002 ... Son of Sonya and Percy Miller ... Has eight siblings: Mercy, Vercy, Romeo, Veno, Intylyana, Itali, Tytyana and Cympohnique ... Major is business.
• Personal goal at UofL is to win a national championship.
• Chose to attend UofL because of “the opportunities and love here.”
• Enjoys playing the piano, cleaning and playing video games in his spare time.
• His father and brothers have had the greatest influence on his athletic career.
• The basketball players he most admires are Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Kyrie Irving, Allen Iverson and Damian Lillard.
• Best basketball advice given to him is “nothing is given, everything is earned.”
• When he played basketball as a kid, he pretended he was Allen Iverson.
• If you walked into his dorm room, the first thing you would notice is how good it smells and how organized it is.
• Chose No. 15 jersey because it’s a family number, and his father and brother both wore it.
