They say expect 2 - 3 hours but in reality it's more like 5 - 7 hours which they don't tell you because if they did no one would agree to wait that long. I was booked for an appointment + laser procedure at noon, I arrived on time and was still waiting to see the doctor 5 hours later so I left. If I had waited it would have been probably another half hour or more until doctor came to talk to me and explain procedure + half hour to give me eye drops and wait for them to work before the procedure + time for doing the procedure which meant leaving at 7pm or even later. This is totally unacceptable. I watched patient after patient approach the reception and ask how much long they have to wait because it was getting late and many like myself were waiting for over 3 hours already. And still patients were checking in at the reception for their appointments even though place was way behind schedule and waiting area was full. This place really needs to get their patient scheduling fixed. Dr Kranemann really needs to also put some effort into patient experience as well. Patients are human beings, this is not an assembly
