Ideal Tile of Mt Laurel

Great and the manufacturer had to come out to looks at island issue...Cambria. Local sales rep was not responsive and Ideal stood behind me and fought and got it replaced. They are great!

Could not have been done better. Took 3 days to complete and the three man crew was on time every day and were very professional. After they left you could tell they were here because they cleaned up like it was a crime scene.

Ideal tile has a large selection of tile and the staff to help with the selection and ordering. Most tile must be ordered and is non returnable, so order carefully. We changed our design and ended up not using the bullnose tile that we ordered and are stuck with the extra tile. Our order came in within a few days and we had no issues with the order. Overall very happy with our experience at Ideal Tile.

The provider who did the work was an interior designer, and was helpful in lending a design eye. We brought in paint swatches and she was able to quickly pick out tile that would compliment our paint as well as our budget. She streamlined the process of choosing the tile.

Their average is around $69 per-square-foot for a granite slab. I can actually pick my slab in there, so I thought that was unique. My slab would probably cost around $4,500 but I don't know if I am going to go with their quote. I was pleased with how they explained things to me but the only hang-up I had was when I looked in their showcase room I was not sure I was happy with the quality of work in the store. In their samples of work, I could sometimes see at least a one-half inch seam in the granite countertops that were not as noticeable in other companies' countertop samples I looked at. That kind of turned me off a little bit so I am holding off and continuing to look. This company had a nice selection of slabs, however, which other places did not. Other than the one hang-up, their service was very good and they are responsive when I call.

The consultant recommend a certain type of tile based on pictures I brought in of the kitchen & the granite we liked. I wasn't sure about it at first but it really tied everything together once installed. They did an excellent job; everything went really smoothly. They were pricey, but six years later we're still happy with the product.

They showed up promptly when expected and cleaned up after themselves. I had used this company about 20 years ago to do tile in my foyer (which is still in great condition), so I simply used them again. The showroom is lovely, with many ideas on display - salespeople in the showroom were very helpful, yet also let me browse when I mentioned I need to walk around by myself for possibly a very long time before I decide what I want to to. They were available for questions, yet allowed me to look at my own pace. An excellent experience, and I know who I will be calling next time I need tile work done!

The best choice I made. Very helpful and honest. Helped me with color selections. Came exactly when promised. Made a perfect fit when granite top installed. Suggested a better backsplash pattern. I already recommended them to a friend.
