Contact LinkedIn customer support

Last updated: 10 months ago

The LinkedIn Help Center contains resources, troubleshooting tips, and useful information to help you use our products. If you can’t' find what you're looking for, contact our customer support representatives by submitting a support case. Alternatively, if you see something you believe may violate our policies, whether in profiles, posts, messages, comments, or anywhere else on LinkedIn, please report it to us by clicking the More icon in the upper-right corner of the content.

Premium members can also use the live chat option to contact our customer support representatives. To start a live chat, click on Chat with the Help Assistant on the LinkedIn Support homepage. Live chat is only available in English, even if you’re using LinkedIn or the Help Center in another language.

Important to know

We don't offer a phone number for customer support. Some websites advertise LinkedIn phone support for a fee. These websites are in no way affiliated with LinkedIn, and we’re proactively working to take action against them. Keep in mind that we don’t charge for customer support, and we'll never ask you for your password or access to your computer.

To submit a LinkedIn.com support case:

  1. Ensure that you have signed in to your LinkedIn account.

  2. Access the LinkedIn Support homepage.

  3. Click Get help from us.

  4. Click Other and search for a question or a topic.
  5. If you don't find an answer to your question, click Create a support ticket at the bottom of the page.
  6. Complete the required fields and click Submit. One of our customer support representatives will reply to you as quickly as possible.
