Pros: We didn't crash and die. Cons: Honestly, this airline is criminal and my one year old son could provide better customer service. The level of incompetency and apathy is kind of impressive. We booked this airline because it was the only direct flight we could find. First, they changed our outgoing flight to 24 hours earlier and then they charged us a second time to pick our seats. When we ask about this in BOS they tell us they don't have customer service and we need to talk to them in BCN. In BCN they tell us they also don't have customer service and we need to call. We were told my one year old son needed a car seat to fly in his own seat so my poor husband carried the 50# bag all through the airport, only to be told by the flight crew this is not true and we needed to check it. We paid $400+ for comfort to sit together on the flight home only for them to say this wasn't reflected on their end. I show them a printed receipt confirming seats because I had no faith in them and they still wouldn't sit my family together. I could go own, but hopefully this is enough to scare you away. If you're looking to have a mental breakdown in public and lose hundreds of dollars, then you should fly with them. Otherwise, I'd say you're better off with almost any other airline.…

This is the worst airline I have ever encountered. It makes spirit air look like it’s a premium airline. After being booked on American Airlines and then being switched over to Iberia, we were changed to this trash airline. We sat on the tarmac for three hours while they tried to find a crew and figure out how to fly the plane. Service was horrible. You had to pay for entertainment, and it was just overall a bad experience. Shame on American Airlines to allow Iberia to do this. I paid for a flight on American was transferred to this economy Airlines that wasn’t worth the price of a ticket.…

My wife and I visited a friend in Barcelona and decided to take the flight from Boston as it was direct and reached at noon, a reasonable time for my friend to pick us up from the airport. The outgoing flight was uneventful. I am just about to board my return flight with my wife. The counter people were rude, very slow and spent a lot of time talking to each other. I booked our seats on premium economy and side by side seats so that my wife and I would travel sitting together but when I got the tickets, we were separated and in different rows. When I told them that I booked our seats together and I would like for us to sit together, I got a very rude response that it is what it is and there is nothing they can do about it. The agent wouldn’t even try to find seats. Very disappointing…

I usually don’t mind budget airlines but this is one I will never fly again. The actual flight was fine but the process before and at the airport was a nightmare. I couldnt even find our tickets through the level website until I realized I had to put my confirmation code into Iberia’s website. After searching for a while I was able to obtain mobile boarding passes. We weren’t planning on checking bags so went right to TSA and after getting to the front of a very long line security told us that level’s mobile boarding passes weren’t working and we would have to get them printed. So we go back to the level counter and wait in line for about an hour with all of the other people with the same issue: they also couldn’t get our TSA precheck to work. We got to the airport 3+ hours early and it took almost that whole time to just get through the airport. The flight was also a little delayed but there were no messages about this…
