So here is my Level experience. In short their Customer Service is not only awful, it is the worst ever. Online checkin wanted me to change my date of departure from May 16 to May 30. Ummmm seriously? The day before we leave you want me move my departure date to be 2 days before we are to come home? Then when we try to checkin to depart on June 1, they tell me my flight was May 30….yesterday… well that is not on my confirmation. They told me they’d call me back with some sort of resolution, but no call, no email. And we NEED to fly home tomorrow. AVOID this horrible service…

I can’t believe that we got flights. This cheap that were this good. The staff are level was amazing. The plane was very comfortable. The movies and onboard flight was fantastic. I can’t believe again that we got flights this cheap

Pros: We didn't crash and die. Cons: Honestly, this airline is criminal and my one year old son could provide better customer service. The level of incompetency and apathy is kind of impressive. We booked this airline because it was the only direct flight we could find. First, they changed our outgoing flight to 24 hours earlier and then they charged us a second time to pick our seats. When we ask about this in BOS they tell us they don't have customer service and we need to talk to them in BCN. In BCN they tell us they also don't have customer service and we need to call. We were told my one year old son needed a car seat to fly in his own seat so my poor husband carried the 50# bag all through the airport, only to be told by the flight crew this is not true and we needed to check it. We paid $400+ for comfort to sit together on the flight home only for them to say this wasn't reflected on their end. I show them a printed receipt confirming seats because I had no faith in them and they still wouldn't sit my family together. I could go own, but hopefully this is enough to scare you away. If you're looking to have a mental breakdown in public and lose hundreds of dollars, then you should fly with them. Otherwise, I'd say you're better off with almost any other airline.…

This is the worst airline I have ever encountered. It makes spirit air look like it’s a premium airline. After being booked on American Airlines and then being switched over to Iberia, we were changed to this trash airline. We sat on the tarmac for three hours while they tried to find a crew and figure out how to fly the plane. Service was horrible. You had to pay for entertainment, and it was just overall a bad experience. Shame on American Airlines to allow Iberia to do this. I paid for a flight on American was transferred to this economy Airlines that wasn’t worth the price of a ticket.…
