What is the treatment?

The definitive aspect of Tantric Yoga deals with the mechanism of subtle energies stored inside the body. This process plays an active role in enhancing and cultivating spiritual growth and physical wellbeing in human. The word Tantra signifies “to expand or weave”. A new dimension rises when these energies are explored and the purpose of life is realised. Basically, Tantric Yoga helps a person to experience better sex as it helps in making you friendly with your body along with imbibing the trick of energy control at the same time. Tantrac Yoga is an amalgamation of 8 different forms of Yoga namely Raja, Bhakti, Kundalini, Hatha and Karma practices. The entire process involves cultivating 5 different bodies in a single human being that includes, the physical body, the energetic body, the wisdom body, the bliss body and the emotional body. These 5 different bodies have their own characteristics that remain buried inside and if properly cultivated leads to eternal peace. Tantra Yoga aims at maintaining three different folds likely to thrive, prosper and to match the spiritual world along with the material world. This is where it distinguishes from others.

Tantra Yoga helps in enriching the level of sexual ecstasy. This is basically achieved by unblocking the emotional concerns that limit the path of sexuality. This enables growth in the vibrational energy that exists in the body thus influencing each nerve endings. One of the well-known advantage of Tantra Yoga remains its usefulness in experiencing deep love and intimacy providing the most successful sex life. Added to that, these sets of practices results in making people emotionally and mentally strong.

How is the treatment done?

The notion of Tantra Yoga deals with the metabolism of energy. ‘Energy’ being a scientific process is a basic need for existence. Tantra Yoga teaches you the way to channelize the energy and often procreating it. Needless to mention, the process aims at wellbeing in a human being by the successful collaboration of the body, the mind and the consciousness. Tantra Yoga includes various postures that are required to be done one after the other for proper results. Some of the techniques that would not only enrich your inner self but also provide you with a better sexual experience are discussed below.

The boat pose is best done with your partner. It enriches your strength and stretching ability . You are supposed to sit on the floor facing your partner. Keep your arms outside the position of your leg and you are to hold your partner’s hand sitting right facing you. Bent your knees and lift your leg up. The sole of your feet should meet your partner’s sole. The more you strengthen lifting your leg upwards, more satisfied result you get A common posture practice is Yam Yum. Here, the larger person is instructed to sit in a cross-legged position. The partner possibly the girl is supposed to sit the person’s thigh keeping her hands on the backside of the partner. Touching each other’s forehead, the couple should look at straight and breathe deeply.

Hand-On-Heart is a Yoga posture where you and your partner should sit cross-legged keeping arms at each other’s heart. Further, the right hand of a person is placed on the left hand of the other. This enables an enriched tuning with your partner by realising each other’s breathe that brings a harmonic tune to your breath.

Likewise, there are several postures that make Tantra Yoga extremely efficient in providing satiating results.

Who is eligible for the treatment? (When is the treatment done?)

There is no such eligibility for performing Tantra Yoga. It is practised to achieve an ultimate harmony of mind and body. It is extremely useful for couples as it enriches sexual life. However, it is mostly preferred for couples having a boring sex life and people undergoing extreme stress. This is a fine procedure for releasing stress.

Who is not eligible for the treatment?

No such eligibility criteria is involved in Tantra Yoga. It is a practice to influence and enhance spiritual growth along with benefiting sexual life. However, people with genital defects may not be eligible to perform Tantra Yoga.

Are there any side effects?

There are no such major side-effects of Tantra Yoga. Nevertheless, these practices are so useful that it turns the couple more addictive to them. In other words, often couples do not want to live Tantra Yoga especially when performed with their partner.
