In July 2022, Marvel Studios filed trademarks for ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’, with Kevin Feige officially confirming the film’s development at San Diego Comic-Con. Originally set for a November 2025 release, Michael Waldron was announced as the scriptwriter in October 2022. However, the release date was postponed to May 1, 2026.
